Took a few weeks to arrive in Sydney. Bed is fine.

I bought 3 beds 2 Large beds for our family and 1 XL for my cousin. The shipping and delivery was fast and packaged well. The beds are good quality, and all our dogs love them 😊👍

I wish I had read these reviews before I bought this bed. As with the other reviewer, my dog’s bed fell a bits within a couple of weeks. Seams came apart and wires started protruding from the hood? I messaged them asking for a refund but of course got no reply. Definitely do not go anywhere near this company which is now rebranded as UniqueAustralia.

Snuggles Cove have just rebranded as this and are also known as Unique inc Australia. Snuggles cove are a sham business. I purchased the snuggles cove bed in July. The bed was advertised on their website as having an orthopaedic base. On enquiry about the base this back yard business sent me a photo of the base that was a memory foam/eggshell type base. It then took over 4 weeks to arrive with no updates until I enquired (not even the initial email). When it did arrive what came was far worse than what you can buy at any cheap shop in Australia. The fur was thin and patchy, the base was not orthopaedic, instead it was an inadequate amount of polyester fill (literally not enough fill to fill the base). The bed had come vacuum packed direct from overseas and therefore the wire used to keep the hood up was misshapen. On advising Unique I wanted my money back for false advertising they asked me more than once to give them another chance to send their new and improved bed, telling me I could keep the inferior bed, however I was not interested in giving this business who had promoted a high quality product made with care, another chance. They refused to cover my postage costs citing the fact they had mailed it free in the first place but I do not see how that counts given they mailed me something that I wouldn’t even feel comfortable donating, so poor is the product. This business is in South Australia but they are a drop shop. South Australia’s fair trading wanted me to first negotiate with Unique using a templated complaint letter before they would look into it and I don’t have time for that. So I have thrown the bed away as I highly suspect I would send it back at my own cost and Snuggles Cove would not refund

We purchased two of the so‑called “Snuggle Cove” dog beds from U.N.I.Q.U.E Australia (snugglescove.com) and the products we received were substandard to say the least.

The products we received look nothing like the photos on their website. The bases are flimsy, thin, and cheaply made - a far cry from the plush, structured beds they advertise.

Their website also claimed these beds were designed and made in Australia, yet our order shipped straight from China. That claim has since been removed.

The difference between the advertised product and what arrived is unacceptable.

Save your money and buy elsewhere - even a $5 Kmart bed or, as another reviewer mentioned, something from Alibaba would be better value. What this company ships simply isn’t worth the price.

Buyer beware

On receiving this dog bed we all loved it. Soft, fluffy, a cave that stays up and machine washable! Our dog loved it. But the quality is not there. We paid $104 for an XL and it lasted 2 months before it fell apart. Wires protruding dangerously from the hood and a large hole where the stitching is in the back. I realised there are only approved reviews on their website and felt there needed to be a real one out there for people looking.
