The worst customer service ever!!
I do not trust this company and having spoken to them I believe the positive reviews are likely staged. I was told you can't stack coupons. This is not true as my friend was able to stack coupons.
Their site indicates you can cancel within 24 hours. I sent an email (maybe 7 hours later) requesting the order be canceled, I phoned the following morning (maybe 14 hours later) and spoke to Cawan. I asked him to ensure the order was canceled. He said he would but asked me to send another email, which I did (now 15 hours later?). The order went out. I called and asked for a return label to be issued by them. The man on the phone apologized profusely and said he would send a label..... nothing. Their website says if you want to cancel chat with them. When you click the chat button it doesn't work. I have to believe they won't accept cancellations so they dick around with chat buttons that don't work, emails that mean nothing, and promises that never materialize.

awful service/company
I had the exact same experience as Melissa. Ordered on December 28. On Jan 3rd they told me that one of the products was not available and would be replaced but they would send the order immediately and with express shipping for the hassle. Then on Jan 18 they sent a message and canceled those other two products and are just sending 2 products, and by regular shipping (which will take 3-4 business days to even process apparently)

I recently placed an order with sns…
I recently placed an order with sns health. A few days after placing the order, They informed me that one of the products was expired and I would need to exchange or be refunded. I exchanged the product for something similar. A few weeks later I checked to see where my order was and Canada post had no information on that tracking number, which makes me think they never sent it.. I notified sns which said they would resend right away. A few days later they informed me they didn’t have the product I exchanged. It’s been almost a month and still nothing. Super disappointed.
