The products I received were not as described, which created problems for my business operations and even affected my Amazon account status. I also found communication with the company to be difficult, and resolving the situation took much more time and effort than expected. Based on my experience, I would recommend that other businesses carefully review and confirm all details before placing an order. In hindsight, I wish I had gone with a supplier that was clearer and more reliable in their process.

This company engages in dishonest business practices! They provided me with inauthentic items, which led to serious consequences for my Amazon account. I had a negative experience with SNINT LLC, an Amazon seller, from whom I purchased a box (144 pieces) of Avery Brand self-adhesive removable labels (ASIN: B00007M5GI).

Initial Quality Issues:

After selling 50-60 labels, I received two customer complaints about the quality. I reported these issues to SNINT LLC, but their initial response was dismissive. They claimed no responsibility, stating they were authorized Avery Brand suppliers and would cancel any open orders I had with them.

Unhelpful Customer Support:

Disappointingly, their support team did not attempt to understand the quality problem or offer solutions. They dismissed the complaints as "normal" for Amazon sellers. While I understand customer complaints are common, their poor customer service is the issue.

Account Deactivation:

Later, Amazon deactivated my account under Section 3, which applies to sellers suspected of selling counterfeit or duplicate products. I informed SNINT LLC, and they did provide some documents, including an Avery Brand invoice, to help with the appeal process. However, Amazon rejected all four appeals, specifically citing the lack of a brand authorization letter from Avery.

Lack of Documented Authorization:

The core issue seems to be SNINT LLC's inability to provide the necessary documentation to Amazon. Specifically, they could not provide a brand authorization letter from Avery. They claimed Avery doesn't provide such letters to resellers, which I found suspicious.

To verify SNINT LLC's claims, I contacted Avery Brand directly. I was surprised to learn they only have two authorized distributors in the USA, and SNINT LLC wasn't on the list.

Limited Distributor Verification:

I further attempted to contact one of the authorized distributors Avery mentioned. While unsuccessful in confirming whether SNINT LLC was a customer, they did require a customer ID for verification, which I didn't have.

Due to SNINT LLC's failure to provide essential documents, particularly the brand authorization letter, my Amazon account remains deactivated. If you consider working with SNINT LLC, I strongly recommend requesting a brand authorization letter directly from the brand for verification before placing any orders.

I have bought products many times, I have not had a problem. it will be better if it is only a little more profitable.
