It was a bit vague regarding the track and trace, but the shoes were delivered within 2 weeks. They kept what they promised me.
I'll have to check again soon to see if there's anything nice for me.

2. Our 24/7 customer service team never misses any inquiry or fails to respond. Never! If you’ve purchased from us and need assistance, please contact us immediately at service@sneakersfaclub.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
3. We’ve received several negative reviews from competitors. We’ve tried contacting you through Trustpilot without success after we found your review, and still got no reply. If you still don’t contact us after seeing this, we may suspect your review is linked to these malicious actions. You evil third party are killing our small business!
