Poor communication and very late delivery

Ordered a pair of UGGs however they run really small so needed to be returned for the bigger size
Returned the UGGs and paid the difference
Return came as promised however I don't feel it's well organised
You track your order through shop an app which for me incorrectly says X2 size 5s and a pair of size 6s have been delivered
No contact number and contact via email can leave you wondering if your parcel will ever come

Legitimate, and good communication.

Great as ever from Sneakers ASB, only thing would be better communication if there are any delays. I don’t mind waiting if I know what’s happening.

Still haven’t received my item

I recieved a pair of trainers i ordered just in time for christmas. these were sold out everywhere but i managed to get them of the sneakers asb team and they arrived in time. Thank you

I do not recommend this company, I ordered a product from their side over two weeks ago that was to be delivered for the holidays, of course the product was not delivered with the information that the delivery will be on December 27.
Stay away from this company!!!

Arrived before christmas, Just as expected thank you so much will be ordering again

Received my slippers 2days after ordering. Unfortunately they sent wrong size .
I sent email advising - they responded with 24hrs
They sent out the correct size same day without hassle and a label to return the ones received
The new slippers arrived ! And all in time for Christmas!! I Can’t fault the customer care although I was concerned there was no phone number and it was a company id not heard of but the speed of response and rectification was great

Ordered trainers as a Christmas present at the beginning of December and thought I’d email to check their whereabouts now over two weeks later. To my surprise the size is out of stock and it took me to chase them in order to tell me this one week before Christmas. All they can offer is a £10 coupon, I found it quite laughable that a company can expect you to repeat purchase with them when your first experience was one of your most unprofessional yet. Time wasted, money wasted and nothing to show from it I’ve requested they keep me up to date with my refund. I’m not optimistic how businesses can get away with this shear incompetence is beyond me.

Wouldn’t order again ! Ordered hyper turquoise nike 95,s for my sons birthday on 18th December, I ordered them on 26th November and it said est delivery 6th December, I chased them via email yesterday and got a reply now saying sorry the order is cancelled , I’m waiting on a refund and they gave me a £10 voucher which I would use as I’ll never order from them again, I’m also out of pocket in the meantime because I’ve had to re order them to have them for his birthday

ordered what i received, took longer than expected however when i emailed asking for delivery details they reached back. box was a bit crumpled and had a tear so not the most ideal for a christmas present however shoes are in almost perfect condition. probably wouldn’t order from here again however have no big complaints

Shoes were well packaged, website is easy to use. All i will say is if you're in a rush for your shoes, for example if they're a gift or for an occasion, please order in advance, says 5-7 days and it came 2 weeks later. Customer service via email was quite good. Replied within 4 hours each time I was in contact with them. was a bit worried after we ordered as there was a lot of negative reviews and social media has a very small following. I would rather it state the long shipping time on the website as we were worried that our order had been missed. we would have happily waited 2 weeks without trying to contact the company if it was stated a very long wait, instead of saying 5 days. We ordered before black friday and was told it was taking longer due to black friday, so just allow plenty of time.

Don’t order from this site, ordered a pair of shoes to hear nothing , sent multiple emails to then get the order cancelled which was probably the best outcome either way, time wasters
