Really good. Really good equipment. Everything you need is there. 24-hour operation, so you can train when you want, if you work. Private cubicle to change and shower. I would recommend it at one of the top gyms in Greenwich. Would be nice if they had a steam room or sauna room

Friendly gym, isle of wight

Amazing gym has 2 floors of everything you need a most important it’s 24hrs and also you can use any of their gyms in the uk and abroad for no extra charge. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help out. There’s plenty of parking and it’s got cctv in and out which is safe for them late night sessions. I been a member here for the past 5 years and have no intentions of leaving.

SnapFitness in Lancaster is a great gym. Conveniently located in the centre of the city with parking close by. It's not large, but it's got a lot of equipment in it and it suits my needs. There are free fitness classes for members, the changing facilities are clean, and the staff are helpful and friendly.

Gym is clean, staff and members friendly. Equipment and showers good. Physical size of the activity classes are too small.
Cancelling membership is very misleading as they state, (after you find out that they took another payment) that you should have filled in a form. The email cancelling membership that was acknowledged did not cut the mustard it appears. Seems like another way to rob you of another couple of months fees.

I want to praise Brandon and the team at Snap Fitness Nursling for how professionally and compassionately they handled a very serious and uncomfortable situation.
A male member behaved inappropriately towards me and made sexual comments. I later became aware that similar behaviour had occurred towards other female members as well. When I raised this with Brandon, he took it extremely seriously from the outset.
He listened carefully, showed genuine empathy, and acted promptly to address the issue. Throughout the process, I felt believed, supported, and reassured that member safety was a priority. Thanks to Brandon and his team, the situation was resolved and I felt confident and safe continuing to attend the gym.
This experience really highlighted the high standards of management at Snap Fitness Nursling. I’m grateful for the way it was handled and would absolutely recommend this gym, not just for the facilities, but for the care and professionalism of the staff.

I joined snap just under a year ago because I had heard good things about this gym. The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. And everything I heard was true. Really nice gym, not the biggest but everyone really welcoming and loads of equipment. Really pleased I made the move from my old bigger gym.

Snap Fitness Isle of Wight is a friendly, welcoming place. Very involved with the community and raising money for good causes. Cleanliness is on point and has a variety of classes to choose from. Spaced across two floors, with individual shower and changing rooms, its too good to miss out on.
