Not trustworthy. They make you an offer, you accept it and while in the middle of your assignment, they slash your pay. It's like a bait. I regret working with them.

I love Snapnurse because I started my traveling journey with them and each time I had a blast! From my recruiter to my assignment as well as responding time when I need answers, everything went smoothly. I never had a major concern because I understand that I show up to help and get paid. Plus my recruiter Skotsen was on point! Thank you Snapnurse!

The recruiters have no level of accountability. They were utterly rude, arrogant, did not make themselves available to answer questions, could not relate to real life clinical conflicts and issues, would not respond to text messages and some were indeed unprofessional. There were not enough clinical leaders who were experienced nurses and RT’s that would advocate for you and ensure the safety of our licenses. We had no clinical experts to call in a desperate time of need.

Simply the best agency out there; they will go out of their way to help you resolve any issue you have.

My Recruitet Tyrese huff is exceptional always works hard to get any issues resolved it is a pleasure to work with however the rest of the company been over five days trying to reset a password so I can get into the app to be able to clock in and out and sign my new contract customer service I was just out and out told me things that were not true getting an individual on the line to get issues resolved is impossible when Snap nurse is brought up in conversation among travelers it is not a favorable review and people have been steered away from your company because of such poor service again let me reiterate Tyrese half my recruiter is beyond exception if all your employees were like Tyrese we wouldn’t be having this Review

It is impossible to get in contact with a recruiter, I has been with Snapnurse for over 2 years and always had this issue, I talked to someone via text and he assured me that I was going to be contacted by a recruiter that was 10 days ago and still waiting for it
