I placed an order on Dec 24. They printed the USPS label and sent me a happy email telling me the “order is in the way!” Dec 29. It did not reach the local USPS office until the evening of Dec 31.

I understand that this is holiday season, but none of the pages I went to indicated there would be any delay. They pages I went to did state that shipping is “always fast”, and that orders placed by 3pm would go out same day, leading me to believe it would go out next business day (December 26), and that “average delivery time” is 1-3 days.

My current delivery estimate is Jan 6, 2 weeks after I placed the order—ridiculous, given all the advertising about fast delivery. And in the meantime my whole family is without a microwave. Hope you all enjoyed your relaxing holiday—this certainly put quite a damper on mine, spending many hours trying to figure out where my order is. Next year, please make your customers aware you’re pretty much closed for 2 weeks.

Snap had a stove element. Received it in a few days. Unable to purchase one within 50 miles of home.

Sales lady was very helpful in getting the correct oven thermostat. Price was reasonable and promptly shipped. We fixed the temperature fluxuation in our renters oven without having to replace the entire kitchen range which made everyone happy. No more burned baked goods and a happy cook.

When I checked the item out, I paid for 2 business days shipping. I get an email the next day saying it should arrive in a week. Contact customer service and they claim I paid for regular ground. Who pays for regular ground when you offer shipping free?
