Repaired a stone cill that was crumbling away at the front of the house and sanded down/re-painted all the stone cills on outside of property - professional finish and great service and best price I found for the job - kept me well informed throughout and worked around my schedule/bad weather - thanks so much to Josh from East Yorkshire & Stuart 😇

I dropped a cup on my worktop side it cause a dent and had cracked the surface. I contacted Snag Doctor via WhatsApp on Monday afternoon. Laura was extremely helpful and arranged for a technician to carry out the job the following day.

When I tell you these people are literal magicians. I have inspected the work thoroughly. I can’t see anything whatsoever. It doesn’t look like it’s ever been damaged. I’m in absolute awe of their work.

I would highly recommend this company and I would use them again in a heartbeat. The price was extremely reasonable and their work is outstanding.

We are in the Thanet area and we used Snag doc September 2025 for a cracked floor tile.
The lady that came was very nice and friendly. it looked like she had done a good job hiding the crack.
There was quite a shine left on our Matt tiles and she said that would fade. It didn't.
First they seemed to think it was our fault for cleaning the floor
and then we were told she used the wrong stuff.
We then had a friendly guy who came twice October and December and still we are left with a shiny patch on our dinning room floor.
It appeared from our last conversation with them this would be the last time they would come out.
We are very upset and unhappy with this repair.

Henry came, on time, very friendly, repaired my ceramic wash hand basin hairline crack. It looks amazing, like brand new.

Blistered kitchen worktop looked as good as new.

Our thanks again to SnagDoctor and Paul, the Technician, for the incredible repair to our new bath that had accidentally been damaged on installation. The screw damage was ground down and the fibreglass fill was to such an incredible standard that it's impossible to see where the damage occurred. Paul has previously repaired a chip to our quartz worktop. Thanks again to him for his professionalism and courteous manner and for completing the job to our total satisfaction. We have no hesitation in recommending this company if anyone is looking for a first class repair.

What I though would be a huge, disruptive and expensive refit was avoided by a skilled operator from Snag Doctor. So pleased I chose them and will do again.

A few minor, but annoying, marks / water damage on our kitchen furniture and a scratch on our shower basin. All repaired very quickly to a point that we would never have known they were there, Very pleased with the service, colour matching and quality of workmanship.

Great job done. We needed a number of ceramic sink chips repaired in both our ensuite and kitchen sinks. Both areas were done perfectly, you can't tell where the chips were and they've stayed that way. Lewis was very friendly too, which put me and our little cockapoo at ease, he was really professional, very approachable and respectful in our home. Very happy with the service provided and work done, would definitely recommend. This is our second job from the Yorkshire team and we would use them again.

Stupidly burnt a small section of my kitchen laminate work top and was dreading the thought of replacing nearly 6 metres of work surface. Found Snag Doctor on checkatrade and was surprised at the speed they got in touch and booked me in for a repair. I am delighted that I only paid a minuscule amount to have a patch repair. Really good communication and booking process was easy. Very honest about what they can and can’t repair. Really good at getting back to me was very reassuring despite messaging over the weekend.

Lewis was sent out, really polite and friendly, I cannot actually see where he repaired the floor tiles , it’s that good of a match I cannot remember where it even was.

The wall tiles are significantly better, you can see where the repair was but only because we know where it was and it was quite a bad drill hole to cover. It truly exceeded my expectations! No one else will be able to tell.

I would definitely use them again.

I contacted snagdoctor North Yorkshire after I dropped a metal cup into the bathroom sink, causing a star-shaped surface crack. Matty got to work on the damage, and soon stripped the sink back to its sub surface, before rebuilding it. The repair is invisible! Brilliant job, thank you snagdoctor
