Scammers, very bad customer service. I bought PBE account and after week it got disabled. Nick: GrimmReaper6

DO NOT BUY IT'S SCAM !!!
Of course they sell illegal accounts
I woke up with somebody logging into my account and I was very frustrated !
Later the account got disabled !
I contacted Smurfs.gg and no answer after 6 days !
Full scam do not buy ! You waste your money !!!

I ordered a PBE account and received it immediately. It worked and I was able to play. The problem was it was obvious someone had been on it before, champs had already been purchased, games had already been played, and worst of all there was next to zero IP or RP on the account. I wasn't that worried about the IP/RP problem since everything cost 10 IP so I didn't attempt to contact Smurfs.gg. It wasn't until a couple months later when the account was disabled that I decided to contact them. On their FAQs it states that if a PBE account is disabled they offer a lifetime guarantee so I thought, great, ill be able to get a new account. I contacted them and it said they would reply within 12 hours. After 3 days I got the feeling they weren't going to respond so I tried to use the live chat system-nothing. At this point I was beginning to think I got scammed, so I searched the internet for reviews and see if other people has experienced the same thing. Sure enough there about 5 sites including this one that all say the same thing "scammed". Also wanted to point out that when you pay you actually dont pay smurfs.gg but instead some other domain which is sketchy. In short: Don't buy from this website, they are sketchy, give not working or used products, and have no sort of customer contact whatsoever.

It was advertised that this transfer would be "Instant Delivery" However, it has been 9 hours (Since purchase) and I have not received this item. The 24/7 support live chat is nonexistent, and has not replied nor been helpful at all. I send an email to your customer support (which was also advertised as 24/7), no response. At this point, I feel like I have been scammed.

Do not use this site.

Bought a PBE account. They kept sending me deactivated accounts for a week until I specifically asked them to send one that they KNOW works. They finally do, and the previous owner of that PBE account changed their password on me. They then gave me another batch of DEACTIVATED accounts, and when I point this out they won't even reply to my emails anymore. I paid 30 dollars for nothing but a month of customer support BS and thin air.

And this review is being generous. I was SO patient. I waited a whole 2 months before sending one last email and only now after seeing they ignore it am I writing a review to warn people. I gave them so many chances and so much time.

I bought a PBE account,arrived late, wasnt told it was shared and it got banned, disgusting. Also bought an EUW account and it never arrived. complete scams.

I was scammed by smurfs.gg and I have never had any experience online worse than this one.
They have a support center that doesn't respond, they use the payments through another site so they are not being sued by paypal.
I did not get what I ordered and I'm not even getting any response.
