BAD REPUTATION IP RANGE JUNK

1. They provide blacklisted IP'S

2. The WHOLE IP RANGE of DEDICATED IP'S is LEVEL SPAM :

-> CRITICAL (BAD)
SOURCE : CISCO IP REPUTATION

This result in waste of time and money. For replacement, no answers or within many days, and once replaced 90% of emails goes in junk because of their IP RANGE reputation they won't change it but they continue scamming many people through same DEDICATED BAD REPUTATION IP'S since years wich result in LACK OF MONEY for us and GOLD FOR THEM.

DO NOT TRUST THEM !!!

They're crooks

They're crooks! All emails are delivered to spam! They write off money from the card without authorization. Support takes a very long time to respond, they don't make contact. Beware of them!

SCAM

I bought an SMTP server from them, but it doesn't work. Support responds once a week, then disappears again. On all questions, why the service does not work, sends screenshots from their service - “We have everything working” - I sent them proof in video format, no response. The phone number on the site is fake, apparently the contact information is also fake. They don't want their money back.

DONT WORK WITH THEM!! ILLEGAL COMPANY

ive conducted research before purchase what steps is should follow. It's a lie.

DO NOT PURCHASE.
Unless you are willing to have additional cost of a replacement. Do not start its a waste of Money. AND they DO NOT refund if you can't use it.

Ive conducted research checked it all out, purchased it after 3 days I was stuck the two external developers I hired hated it. Not legit procedures.
I asked for refund, they would refund me after a week still no refund, I emailed after a week and then suddenly we dont do refunds. I asked a refund on the 2nd day and 4th,5th, 6th day etc.

Entrepreneurs DONT DO IT. It's Headache and waste of money. Donate the money to charity or on a snack instead.

Why they have a support team when not giving support!

This is a scam!

This is a scam!! I have purchased the option of 39 EUR in January 2024, for 1 month, never worked. Nobody's answering anywhere, on the chat, on Social Media, and they're still charging me every month without authorization.
When trying to access my billing information on my account, the website suddenly gets stuck and gives a page with error. Don't trust this provider, all their accounts are fake, LinkedIn profile is fake!!!

this company is crap

this company is crap, they took my money, they never responded to my chat query, the service wont work, no refund in fact i paid and could not use the service, i urgent no ones to fall victim, the customer care will never respond to you, even if you are die. i wait two week no response

Major bugs and support issues

Signed up for a single dedicated IP account in order to deal with a client's SendGrid issue where an outbound shared pool IP was getting blocklisted preventing the server from reliably sending out notification emails.

Works:

* Having a dedicated IP addressed the blocklist issue, the IP that I received was clean per MXToolbox.

* Sending out email to a single recipient with their mail service in mail relay mode. I did not test their API mode.

Doesn't work:

* Sending messages with multiple recipients doesn't deliver messages to all recipients; some of those recipients don't even show up on the SMTPServer activity log, it's as if the recipient was never in the recipient list when sending emails.

* The activity log time zones are totally off making the time stamps difficult to interpret. For me, we normally are GMT-4, but I have to set it to GMT+3 to see the correct local time.

* While connected via my smartphone (Samsung), tech support chat connection seems to split up the conversation into a separate conversation on the vendor side each time you go to another app or shut off the phone. And this is despite still being able to see the full thread on my phone when I go back to the chat. I was asked numerous times what my login ID was and was never able to get an answer to my issues.

I paid 39 Euro to test the platform out, that's all I will spend on these guys. While they offer a free trial (no dedicated IP), the shared IP was blocklisted which led me to trying out their dedicated IP level.
