Abdul came over viewed the property and advised what he believed would be most optimal for my house. Within 24 hours an agreement was made and it was rock ‘n’ roll.
The team took no more than 72 hours to complete the job from start to end. Upon completion, he then sat with me and explained how the mobile apps operate and what to do going forward. The main thing for me was how efficient him and his team operated.
We knew Abdul from when he installed our PV and Battery System 2 years ago and the on-going support he has provided since; we approached him for a new Garden Office for our daughter to work from home. The price was competitive and Abdul, as ever, was attentive, responsive and keen to get started. There were, inevitably, snags but Abdul took these on board and got them corrected without quibble, the sign of a contractor committed to our complete satisfaction, which he delivered.
SMTECH recently decorated my parents' lounge and did a fantastic job. They were extremely punctual, kept to a tight schedule, and completed everything on time. Communication was excellent throughout – we were always informed about what to expect and when. The final result delighted my parents.
