Of course, they provide service at cheapest price but the service is worst ever I have used.

1) If you send Bulk SMS to 150 contacts, you will be deducted an additional 50-70 SMS credits. If you contact smsroot.com chat support, they will tell you that, because of your mistake, you get such errors.
2) If you create Groups and uploaded and maintained contacts, all your contacts in the groups will definitely empty in one fine day! Again If you contact smsroot.com chat support, they will tell you that, because of your mistake, you have deleted them yourself! (They think smsroot users are useless to do anything on web)
3) If you contact the chat support/phone support, they just simply ask you to send the email to support team, but, if you send any emails, they do not respond at all!
4) If you wish to cancel the service provider and wish to get refund, they tell you that company doesn't follow refund policy!
