The pistachio Dubai bar is amazing, honestly best I have had. I’ve also got the Biscoff fluff and kinder fluff ones and I’m so excited to try them as I’m sure they will be just as good.

STUNNING Handmade Marshmallows
My husband and I have been avid customers of S’more’a’licious since Dec 2021, and every year since then with countless orders per year, often monthly ones. Laura’s marshmallows are THE best we’ve ever tried with her very own secret recipe. And on top of being a very passionate and driven entrepreneur, who comes up with new ideas to expand her products range several times a year, she is also an amazing human! She has on multiple occasions personalized my orders for gifts and celebrations. I’m a forever customer, very thankful and if I ever miss my own monthly order, my husband nudges me. Thank YOU for bringing sweetness to our world!!!

Having done a review in March and not liking the chocolate bar, I got a reply insinuating my review could not be taken seriously as I am
not verified. I submitted verification today. I did not get back to the retailer with an order number. I was not aware an order number was a prerequisite to writing a review
The chocolate was sickly and sometimes people don’t like stuff and most suppliers accept that
People are allowed to not like your items and also allowed to leave a negative review, the reply to me was totally uncalled for . I am a real person, with a real review and although I missed the email from Trust Pilot who apparently reached out. I would have chosen not to reply anyway.. The chocolate bar was not pleasing to me I passed it on to someone who appreciated it and I did say that in my review. Please accept some people will not like some of your products Thank you

It is extremely disappointing you have felt the need to leave a further separate one star review for the same issue instead of replying to our comment on your original review.
We would suggest you re read our original reply. We cannot verify if you are an actual customer due to having no details regarding your order, this is nothing to do with being verified on Trust Pilot. However Trust Pilot did reach out to you in an attempt to verify your purchase in order to assist us in rectifying any potential issue, which was ignored however you continually feel the need to discredit our small business.
It is also concerning that Trust Pilot have requested you edit this review three times due to the comments you had left on this original post. We will not be engaging any further with this negative behaviour towards our business.

SpEGGtacular Easter Eggs 🐣
Oh my goodness, how AMAZING are these Easter eggs!!!
It’s not often people take the time to comment on positive things that businesses do, but wow these are unreal and I wish they were here all year round.
I ordered one Kinder and one Lotus Biscoff Easter egg and they were heavenly, soo much better than I expected. I was a bit unsure about ordering to start with, as I’ve tried other marshmallow businesses and the marshmallow hasn’t been great (like eating a candle), but wow these are so fluffy and tasty and exactly as the flavour describes. Also perfect for someone with a sweet tooth! 🦷 😋
I cannot wait to see what other items are on the website as I will be a returning customer (and hopefully a regular one).
Super speedy delivery and excellent communication. I pre-ordered my eggs on 01/04 and communication around dispatches were very clear and spot on with estimates with dispatch and delivery timeframes.
I emailed the owner to share my appreciation for her wonderful work and service and she was so lovely!
Highly recommend supporting this amazing small business 🩷

The bar was a good size but the chocolate didn’t cover the whole back of the bar. The filling texture of the pastry was a bit chewy and a bit like shredded wheat rather than the crispy knafeh pastry I’ve tried in other bars. The chocolate was tasty.

We aren't entirely sure what you mean by the chocolate didn't cover the whole bar. This bar is made as an entire shell of chocolate and it would be impossible not to cover the entire bar. Our full ingredients are listed in the product description. Our pistachio mix has an extremely good crunch and is not chewy as suggested. This is our unique version of the Dubai bar so ingredients will vary to other bars on the market.
It is extremely disappointing you have rated our entire business based on one product from our full range, which perhaps was not to your individual taste. This product is viral on social media and has received hundreds upon hundreds of excellent 5 star reviews.
This rating is not a true and accurate reflection of our business and if there are any issues perhaps it would be an idea to reach out via email in order to let us resolve any problems you may have.
Nicest Dubai chocolate bar in Northern Ireland
I've ordered twice now (the dubai chocolate with and without fluff) and it's excellent quality. The chocolate tastes really good and the filling is so rich and theres lots of it. I think it's the first one I've tasted that tastes proper nutty! Of you have a sweet tooth order the bar with the marshmallow fluff it's divine!
