Smokin' Brothers is an artisan smokehouse in the Cotswolds, founded by three Italian friends and supplying premium smoked salmon to high end restaurants restaurants including Michelin starred, independent delis, and home customers across the UK. We smoke responsibly farmed Scottish salmon from Wester Ross, and also offer an organic range; both salmon are raised to strict welfare, 100% natural feed, and the highest environmental standards. Every side is hand-cured, slow-smoked over juniper, beech and oak, and hand-trimmed in our Cotswolds smokehouse. Dear Giorgio, thank you for you feedback. Our patè it's surely less cheesy compared to the market standard, we make it freshly every week with lots of fresh herbs and lemon zest, and most of all, lots of salmon! It's a recipe different from big industries that use lots of cream and cheap ingredients for bigger margin and long life. We understand if it's not your favourite, we all have different personal taste! For what it regards the caviar, it isn't our personal production, we buy our caviar from our friends at Exmoor, we'd love to know what it is you didn't like about it please

Delicious Flavour - Full Marks from Us!
Delicious flavour and not oily like some... also great to be able to choose different parts of the fish (belly / tail slices) to compare. We like the sashimi slices... much easier than whole thin slices and more versatile for using in different dishes. I would definitely buy again.

Just try it!
It’s genuinely the tastiest salmon I’ve had in the last forever. I’ve tried different cuts and loved them all, it’s the taste you enjoy with every bite. I wasn’t sure what the fish would be like, as some can be really low on salt which I’m not always a fan of, but Smokin Brothers recipes are spot on and give you a nice salt balance over the buttery fish texture without overpowering it. The pâté is to die for too - it’s like a homemade but chef speciality, with all the aromas and textures of fresh ingredients, no artificial additions and it will leave you wanting to order more. Which I have done in much larger quantity than first time and can’t wait until Friday’s delivery. Honestly, just try it!

To make that immaculate taste we use very expensive raw materials and we use artisan hand made techniques which are unfortunately more pricey that other big producers use, however we appreciate you took your time to tell us your opinion even if we hoped it was a 5/5 :)

Excellent fresh Salmon, and they were super helpful with my questions and made sure the salmon was delivered on time.
Also, my garden plants are very happy with the gel from the cool packs :).

Delicious smoked salmon
Delicious smoked salmon and trout. Unfortunately I was unable to buy the trout portions as it was unavailable, but I was refunded the cost and kept updated. Have bought a few times and will continue to buy as it's the best smoked salmon around.
