I paid for their google flow subscription, It worked fine for the first day after that its not working at all. Its kicking me out every single time I try to login and take me to the signin page. When I notify their representative that guy keep saying try to log out and login again and it will work but It never did. DONT PURCHASE ANY SUBSCRIPTION FROM THIS COMPANY

SCAMMING PEOPLE! VERY PATHETIC & BAD SERVICE!
Very very bad service by Jin Tools. I purchased Grok and GPT tool together. First there grok account got blocked which they gave me. Then after getting another account, it starts making issues in generation. After few more days, their subscription got cancelled or finished. According to them it was suspended and now the warranty time has been passed. You can't get another account, nor refund. Don't buy any tool from them, I also bought GPT and their subscription got cancelled or finished. Spending more than 4-5 days getting back and forth they refund half of the amount paid for GPT. But still didn't get my GROK subscription refund nor replacement.
I wouldn't recommend to any body. If you are willing to buy tool, buy directly from the provider or authentic seller. Jin Tools are doing hidden scam with inocent people.

To clarify, your GPT subscription issue was already resolved, and a refund was issued to you after discussions with our support team.
Regarding Grok, the warranty period for your subscription had already expired before the issue was reported. The warranty duration and terms were clearly stated at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, once the warranty period has ended, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund.
We understand your frustration, but describing this as a scam is inaccurate. We honored our commitment by resolving the GPT issue with a refund, and the Grok case falls outside the warranty period that was agreed upon at the time of purchase.
We remain committed to assisting all customers within the terms of our service.
