SMKD, particularly the one in Bradford, John Street, are my go-to stores for all my vaping needs.
it doesnt matter if you are a novice when it comes to vaping or a pro that knows what he wants..the shop keeper Lisa will go out of her way to assist you.
more than once i had particular needs such as ordering things that are rare or not on display etc and Lisa solved this in no time at all.
If it's possible,it will be done.
Also,their own vape brand is second to none when it comes to quality.
if SMKD ever closes, i stop vaping.

Bought a device from here. All I can say lost for words. I got a sonderu which is the perfect device for me. I talked to Hamza in the Rotherham store who works there and he walked me through all the kits and he chose the sonderu for me and I don’t regret it. Perfect experience.

Hamza was really helpful with recommending different flavours I may like to try, he's very friendly and welcoming, best customer service I have had.

Hamza is a great guy and very knowledgeable in this field if you want right information he's you go to guy, wouldn't normally buy on high street as can get cheaper online but not as good quality products as what SMKD sell highly recommended popping to the Rotherham store.

Ordered liquids at 9am, delivered to me by 2.30pm same day - quite simply amazing service.

Love this shop, only place I go for my liquids and things for my e-cigs. Such friendly and helpful staff always nice to talk to them when they aren't busy with other customer's. Especially the guy in the Shipley store (bd18)

Visited the Shipley branch this morning and Was greeted warmly by Ian, asked me what I needed and gave brilliant advise on what my requirements were. Recommended the Twisted Menthol juice and I’ve never tasted anything so smooth in all my vaping years, beautiful juice. Will certainly be returning. Thanks guys

The blonde girl in the dewsbury store is so knowledgeable & fixed my vape within the hour, she recommended a liquid for my boyfriend that he loves aswell, thankyou for the amazing customer service !

I stop by the SMKD on sticker Lane once a week at least and the guy is a legend always there always helpful and always helps keep my bike safe when I park up great store!
