Con and a scam! Paid for an 'AI' books as a test to see if any good - the answer was NO it was awful.

They took two payments and refuse to refund despite sending evidence!

I had been struggling to write my first book and when I reached out to Smith books they were helpful with their simple guidance and within a day i had my first book. I have since written a second one and I will be writing a third one with them.

They can still improve on the cover designs. They need more options as I found their covers very dark and did not resonate with my book.
