Smith Books was able to capture my vision beyond my expectation. I was happy to have the opportunity to redraft the vision I had allowing for reframing of the key elements I wanted to share in my self-reflection story. Initially, SmithBook helped me create my first book, which turned out well, but it was too lengthy. I paid $108 for the 30 books-per-month club. When I tried to log in again, it didn't recognize my password. I made multiple attempts to reset it but never received the reset email. I emailed SmithBook, but only got an AI response unrelated to my question. None of the customer support phone numbers worked.

Once we got it figured out (I am using my phone until my laptop is fixed) it has become fun and a joy to used. Thank you so much for helping me bring my dream to life.

1. Allow participants to type and express their opinion in the chat box rather than always you suggesting responses to your users.

2. Always send both the book and the cover page to the person’s email.

3. I paid for a cover page of my book and cannot see it at the moment.

4. The club membership fee seems to be high, it’s better to have more members subscribe at a lower cost than have few at a high.

5. I have great ideas for more books.

6. Provide window of assistance to publishing the books if your members are willing to accept.
