I had an excellent experience at Smile Team and honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I had two implants and two crowns, and from start to finish the whole process was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free.

The English-speaking coordinator was fantastic and made everything so easy to understand. All of the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and reassuring—never pushy at any point. From the very beginning, I felt well looked after, and I genuinely never felt anxious or worried, which says a lot when it comes to dental treatment.

The level of care, patience, and professionalism throughout my treatment was outstanding, and the results speak for themselves. I felt supported every step of the way and always knew I was in safe hands.

My only regret is that I don’t live in Turkey 😁

I started my smile journey in June 2025, I flew from Dublin and was greeted by a SmileTeam driver directly at the airport and taken to my hotel. The hotel is simple but clean and has absolutely everything you need for a stay. I had all of my top teeth removed and they accommodated me so well there.

SmileTeam have been amazing from the very first contact to the finished product. They have been super informative, friendly, and professional. The entire team from the drivers, to reception, to my lovely coordinator Wahab, and finally my dentist. I tell everyone “I have the best dentist in the world”

I just finished my second trip, I’ve left with the smile I’ve always dreamed of. The smile no one else could give me. My partner came with me both trips, SmileTeam were super friendly and welcoming to her as well. We both fell in love with Antalya, it now has a very special place in our hearts and you best believe we will be back for a holiday!

Most importantly, SmileTeam are there for you when you need them. Any questions, concerns, queries are answered immediately when sending a simple WhatsApp message. I’ve never had such a great dental experience and the service has been impeccable. I can’t recommend them enough!!!

My treatment involved advanced dental procedures that required careful planning, skill, and a thoughtful, individualized approach. Every step was explained clearly, timelines were well organized, and I always felt informed and confident in the care I was receiving. The level of professionalism, technology, and craftsmanship truly reflects international-standard excellence.

What made this experience truly exceptional, however, was the support team, especially Natalya and Adelina.

Natalya was outstanding—knowledgeable, attentive, and deeply committed to patient care. She ensured everything ran smoothly, from scheduling to follow-ups, and was always available to answer questions with clarity and patience. Her calm presence and genuine care made a complex medical journey feel organized and stress-free.

Adelina was equally remarkable—warm, professional, and consistently attentive. She created a welcoming environment and made sure I felt comfortable and supported at every visit. Her attention to detail and kindness never went unnoticed and made a lasting impression.

The clinic itself is modern, immaculate, and extremely well run. Every interaction reflected a culture of excellence, professionalism, and respect for patients.

I recently had dental surgery at a practice in Antalya and felt compelled to share how wonderful my experience was — especially because of Adeline , Natalya, Dr. Geyik and the entire staff. From the first contact through my aftercare, everything was professional, warm, and reassuring. If you’re considering dental work in Antalya, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

What stood out
    •    Warm, personal welcome: Adeline greeted me with a calm, friendly manner that immediately put me at ease. She took time to listen to my concerns, explained each step in plain English, and made sure I understood the plan before anything began. That personal attention set the tone for the whole visit.
    •    Clear communication: The team explained options, risks, and the expected recovery in straightforward language. They showed me before/after photos and used diagrams when needed — I never felt rushed or in the dark.
    •    Professionalism & expertise: The surgeon and clinical staff were clearly experienced. Procedures were performed confidently and methodically, and everyone worked together smoothly. It felt like a well-coordinated care team rather than a collection of individuals.
    •    Clean, modern clinic: The office is spotless and equipped with modern instruments. Infection-control protocols were visible and strictly followed — PPE, sterilized tools, and tidy treatment rooms made a big difference in my comfort level.
    •    Comfort & pain management: My pain and anxiety were taken seriously. Local anesthesia and pain instructions were clear, and the staff checked on me frequently during recovery. I felt well managed and supported throughout the process.
    •    Thoughtful aftercare & follow-up: Adeline personally followed up afterwards to check on my healing and answer questions. They provided written aftercare instructions, emergency contact info, and were responsive when I reached out with a small concern. That follow-through made recovery much less stressful.
    •    Fair and transparent pricing: All costs were explained up front with no surprising extras. They helped me understand what was included and why certain choices mattered from a long-term perspective.
    •    Friendly, multilingual staff: Communication was easy — the team spoke good English and were patient with any questions I had, which made the whole experience comfortable as an international patient.
    •    Cultural sensitivity & hospitality: The staff treated me like a valued guest. Small touches — friendly conversation, timely appointment reminders, and patience with my travel schedule — made the visit feel personal and respectful.

    •    Appointments were punctual for me, but if you’re traveling from abroad give yourself a little extra time for the initial paperwork and consultation.
    •    If you need local transportation or accommodation recommendations, the clinic was happy to advise — ask them when you book.

If you want dental surgery done with care, competence, and real human kindness, go see Adeline and her team. Their clinical skill is excellent, but what truly sets them apart is the compassionate, patient-centered service — from consultation to follow-up. I left feeling confident about my results and grateful for how well I was treated.

I had my first lot of treatment with the Smile Team on the 3nd November all on 6 top and bottom jaw,and I now know why they are the Number 1 in Turkey 🇹🇷 from talking to them via WhatsApp to being collected from the airport transported to my hotel and all my appointments throughout the week all stress free,The Smile Team from the reception desk through to the team carrying out my treatment everything was so professionally carried out any questions your at ease.
I'm back home and the team are still in contact with me to see if I have any questions or concerns their patient care is paramount.
I so looking forward to returning early next year for my final visit.

Its difficult to put into a small paragraph how good this place is, today i finished my Inplant journey amd from the 1st appointment 6 months ago the whole team has been great. From extractions to the final teeth they have helped me every step of the way, communication brilliant, hotel brilliant, treatment brilliant and fi al results even better. If anyone is looking for a clinic that actually cares then look no further, I couldn't be happier.

Wow what can I say ? I had all my teeth done in February 2025 (6 on 6) but unfortunately cracked the top set. I messaged Smileteam and they got me over straight away, and I now have new top teeth once again (no charge)
Smile team are absolutely amazing and ever so friendly. They go above and beyond and 100% know there stuff. Im already looking forward to coming back over once again at some point just for a check up haha.

When I originally booked with the Smile Team in Turkey, I was very sceptical. Booking something abroad, I honestly didn’t know what to expect.
 
Upon my arrival, I was extremely nervous. Dentists aren’t exactly among my favourite places, and coming here, well, that certainly didn’t tick any boxes.
 
But I have to give credit where it’s due. Max was fantastic. Max was my coordinator and guided me step by step, and I can honestly say I no longer felt nervous. In fact, the entire team was so good—so good that’s not a strong enough word. They were brilliant.
 
They took care of me, making sure I was happy with them the entire time. I couldn’t have asked for more. Everything they did, they made sure it was right for me and my feelings were taken into account.
 
I just want to add I feel so confident with my smile. They have done great work and I can definitely recommend the Smile Team.

I can’t recommend them enough from start to finish, I’d always suffered with my teeth and been terrified of dentists from an early age, everyone at smile make you feel at ease from the first time messaging about how nervous I was , To the day you arrive and throughout your treatment, for anyone worried about any pain, please don’t worry they’re no.1 priority is your comfort

Впервые попали в клинику по отзывам знакомых блогеров. Прилетели из США по делам, заодно и зубы решили подлечить. Понравилось всё. Встретили в аэропорте, предоставили отель по приемлемой цене. Предоставили скидку. Отвезли в другой отель. Трансферы каждый день из отеля в клинику и обратно. Всё время на связи. Заранее предупреждали о времени прибытия машины. В клинике не ждали в очереди. Сами процедуры проходили быстро и в комфортном режиме. Персонал приветливый и ответственный. Во врем пребывания в клинике всё время сопровождал сотрудник, знающий язык, на котором нам было удобнее общаться. Процедуры безболезненные. Меня это больше всего удивило. И быстрые. Например, мне установили имплант за 8 минут. Предоставили медикаменты с консультацией. Не надо никуда ездить на рентген и мрт. Всё на месте и сразу. Сервис от и до. Приедем на дальнейшие процедуры летом. Рекомендуем всем. Спасибо работникам за заботу и сервис.
