Hi,I went to smile team for 6 on 6 dental implants,I cant praise them enough they are really second to none , I had no pain all the way through,the skill and attention to details to make sure everything is perfect with your teeth is amazing I would highly recommend them, Thank-you smile team for everything, my teeth look amazing and I have my smile back .

I couldn’t speak more highly of our experience at Smile. From start to finish, everything was organised so smoothly, including the transport between the hotel and the clinic, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.

A special thank you to our consultant, Eliah (apologies if I’ve misspelled the name), who was absolutely exceptional throughout. His kindness, professionalism, and reassurance made such a difference to us. We always felt genuinely heard, listened to, and cared for, which was incredibly important and deeply appreciated.

The level of service, consultation, and treatment we received was outstanding. The procedure itself was far more comfortable than expected, with no pain during treatment. Naturally there was some discomfort afterwards, but this was well managed with the pain relief provided.

We are incredibly grateful for the expertise, care, and professionalism shown by both the surgeon and dentist, and especially thankful to Elah for making the entire experience so positive and reassuring. Thank you all so much — we truly appreciate everything you’ve done, and we look forward to seeing you again in four months for round two.

My experience so far with Smile Team has been fantastic, all of the staff are extremely friendly and professional.
The facilities are modern and state of the art, the pick up the airport to the hotel and then the pick up and drop off for all appointments, took away any hassles and worries - it ran like clockwork.
I look forward to visiting again in October to have my permanent implants fitted - although my temporary teeth are already a vast improvement on how my own teeth looked.

I had a wonderful experience at Smile Team. From the moment we arrived, everyone was welcoming, kind, and professional. The treatment we received was excellent, and the whole team made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our visit.
I especially want to mention Wahab, our coordinator, who was absolutely exceptional. He went above and beyond to make our visit special. Wahab was friendly, caring, patient, and very professional. He explained everything clearly, made sure we understood each step, and always checked that we were comfortable and happy. His warm attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made a big difference to our overall experience.
It is rare to meet someone who genuinely cares so much about patients, but Wahab made us feel valued and supported from start to finish. He helped create a calm and positive atmosphere, and we truly appreciated his kindness and dedication.

Great communication from initial enquiry, really easy to communicate via Whatsapp. Even after I explained I was speaking to 2 other clinics, Smile Team were patient and followed up a few days later.

One of the things that stood out to me was that they didn’t pressure for a deposit and even researched available flights on my chosen dates to offer extra help.

Private transfers were arranged both ends with friendly drivers and complimentary water - same scenario for every clinic visit to and from the hotel. The clinic itself is spotless and staff are really friendly. The patient coordinators speak very good English, so it’s very simple to discuss your treatment plan/questions/concerns. It’s also very normal for staff to be in and out the room constantly but you’ll be faced the other way, so it’s not too intrusive.

I had 16 emax laminate vaneers which meant my teeth had to be shaved but not to the extreme that some people make out (that’s crowns). I wouldn’t be able to go back to my natural teeth but honestly I wouldn’t want to after seeing my new smile, so don’t let it put you off.

The treatment itself (shaving, temp teeth, rehearsal fittings & final fitting) were virtually pain free with the numbing they use. The only downside is you feel like you need a chin strap to stop yourself dribbling for about 6 hours until it wears off lol. There was no pain once worn off, just some sensitivity but you’re provided with masks and complimentary pain relief. Gum protection gel and mouthwash were added to my treatment plan at an additional cost.

I was presented with the extras on my treatment plan that I wasn’t expecting such as gum contouring £100, deep clean £90, gum gels £30 each but they assured me this needed to be done in order to get the best result - one of those things I guess, so take extra cash with you.

My dentist was Gulsah who was lovely and very knowledgeable, she encourages you to take your time when selecting shape & colour in order for it to be perfect. Temporary teeth tend to be very white and rather bulky - the opposite to the real deal so again, don’t let that put you off as it’s only for 2-3 days whilst the real ones are being made in the lab.

I do have one negative but it’s not regarding the clinic itself, it’s the hotel we were allocated. The hotel was called Nun which is very basic with a tiny pool and 3 sun loungers in the shade. Closest beach to sunbathe is 1hr walk or 20 min taxi. Bar staff friendly but reception were rude! The buffet was absolutely awful, so we ate out every morning/night at approx £8.50-£30 per meal depending on food choice. The only semi edible food at the hotel was from an early evening menu which offered 1 pasta and couple of frozen pizzas - I know they were frozen because I asked for no mushroom and they couldn’t change it. Either way pretty challenging when you have a numb mouth or shaved down teeth. It just becomes very expensive when the “all inclusive” food is virtually inedible. It would make so much more sense to be offered a food voucher or partial discount towards meals at a designated nearby restaurant, so you’re not spending an extra £250-300 on top of the thousands you’re already spending.

Think I’ve covered everything but overall, a great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Smile Team to others!

Edit: forgot to mention, they offer you a +1 to come with you and they will need to pay for their return flight and £10 per night at the hotel.

From first message to my last check up the experience was amazing, so professional and supportive. My whole experience I felt so safe and secure. Always there to help when I needed answers. Even once I’ve come back home the amazing team still check to make sure I am ok. My teeth are perfect, everyone I have seen can’t believe how good my teeth look, with such a professional finish. My experience started with contacting smile team in the summer of 25 and right away they made me feel at ease with the questions I was asking them, they were able to give me a quick quote on what sort of things would be needed to get new crowns they helped me pick a date which was suitable and convenient for me and informed me that I would require 2 visits which I was happy enough with the team helped me pick out flights which was great.

I flew over in September last year and was greeted at the airport by a nice lady who transfered me in a lovely van to my hotel which was nice and clean I stayed for 5 days and enjoyed the hotel and how close it was to all the shops.

Each day I was informed of all my appointments and the time I would be picked up at on the first day I was greeted by the lovely max and I got xrays etc and got told a dental plan which didn't change throughout the whole course of the treatment on the first visit I ended up getting a few teeth extracted and deep cleaned by a lovely dentist which I forgot the name of I then went home for a period of 4 6 months to let my gums heal.

I flew out again April 26 and again was greeted by the same lovely welcome this time I was met by the lovely Wahab who guided me through everything and made me feel at ease I got my teeth shaved down and 24 zirconium crowns put in over the course of 6 days by my lovely dentist Esin with top quality work i choose the colour 1m1 and natural style and I didn't even have to change much to what the team recommended all the technology used was top notch and everything is explained to you in English,

I also had very very minimal pain throughout my whole treatment

The clinic is so clean and not over the top like some of the dentists in turkey also everytime I walked into the clinic I was greeted by the lovely lady's at reception and called for my appointment within 10 mins.

There is no faults at all I would recommend this dentist over and over again as they have really done exceptional work and are changing life's they didn't try to upsell anything and done everything to keep the original price unlike some of the stories of dentists in turkey

The team also supplied me with any medicine or any mouthwash which I needed

I will be back again for another holiday in turkey and will call in for a check up and clean.

I rarely write reviews unless I am astounded by the service I was provided and the service I have received from Smile Team has to be the best I've experienced. Max made me feel comfortable the second I walked in the door.
From the first initial enquiry via WhatsApp to the day I left to fly back to England every thing has just been so easy and relaxing. I was very nervous at first but after speaking to anyone who's had the same service and seeing the staff at Smile Team I instantly felt as ease. The receptionists, dentists and everyone who I met are really good at what they do. Max stood out to me as he was dealing with my treatment mainly, his English is exceptional and everything was so straightforward. Had two trips to smile team October 25 then returned February 26 for the final part of my treatment I would highly recommend smile team over and over again as my experience was amazing both times and I can’t wait to visit again in a year for my check up.

This clinic restored my beautiful smile after my bridge broke, along with my front teeth.

Just returned home from my second visit from smile team turkey. 7 implants complete and 26 new crowns. Coming from a person who is generally very nervous of the dentist but needed this to be done. What can I say the Smile Team have totally changed my life. I was petrified of any dentist and the thought of having implants kept me awake at night. Once I had contacted the Smile Team via WhatsApp they were incredibly helpful, supportive and reassuring. I visited back in October 25 for my first treatments and we have just returned 6 months later for the final 6 days of treatment for my crowns and implants. From the driver who collects you from the hotel to each and every member of staff at the Smile Team are amazing. You are made to feel welcome from the minute you walk in, you are instantly out at ease and helped, step by step through the whole journey. There are not enough words to express how grateful I am to you all. You have changed my life immeasurably.
