Smile Team Turkey 

I have been hesitating about coming to Turkey for dental treatment for over 2 years. I found the Smile Team online and after looking at there great reviews decided to make a reservation. I am so pleased I did. I am still in Antalya now after having 4 implants and 4 extractions. Everything about the experience has been exceptional, and far better than anything I could have got in the UK at a fraction of the cost. The communication via WhatsApp from the start was great. I sent off photographs of my teeth and a clear plan was devised very quickly. Feeling confident I booked my flights very quickly. All of the transport arrangements from the hotel to the clinic was very efficient. Arriving at the clinic the day after arrival one again everything became super efficient. X rays with high tech equipment were carried out quickly without a wait and the treatment was confirmed. I was straight into the chair for the implants and everything was complete within a few hours. I received expert treatment and super care from the lovely staff at the clinic. All of the after care medications were issued and I was taken back to the hotel with my check up booked for the following day. There is nothing to worry about concerning dental treatment in Turkey. I can assure you that everything is done to a higher standard than the over priced dental practice in the UK. I have already booked to return to have the 24 crowns fitted to complete my beautiful new smile in 3 months time. There are some Turkish smile makeovers that I don’t like, but I know that this clinic will work hard to give me the perfect looking natural smile that I want when I return.

С первых минут появилось доверие и рассположение, потому что, настолько все объяснялось легко и четко. Затем была профессиональная работа специалистов! Очень внимательное и доброе отношение со стороны работников( я почувствовала себя как дома)где-то был даже юмор( хотя смеяться было нелегко без зубов)Очень тонкая и точная работа с учетом твоего мнения. My experience with smile team was great, huge shout to Dr SIAN, not sure if that’s the correct spelling and also Adele, who is a great and valuable member of the smile team.

My process was easy and hassle free.

Great friendly staff. I’m someone who suffers with severe anxiety and I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease all the way through my treatment. I’m looking forward to going back on my second visit. Would definitely recommend smile team.

Having posted a review previously.… I believe it's important to understand that Smile Team offers you sound advice at your initial face to face consultation...listen to what they say carefully as it will be best advice and treatment plan. It could happen that your treatment may be a little more than the initial quotation but try to understand they need the full examination to determine best options. On the flip side I witnessed them telling a patient they needed to think about why they wanted work as there teeth were healthy. Perhaps cosmetic work if the patient chose that option.
Reputation is everything and I can verify Smile Team will not lead you into work that's not best for you and your dental longevity .

If I could give Smile Team more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! From my very first enquiry right through to my final appointment, the whole experience has been fantastic. Every member of the team made me feel welcome, relaxed and well looked after.
Communication was excellent throughout, with everything explained clearly so I always knew what to expect. No question was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to help.
My dentist was incredibly skilled and took so much care to make sure everything was perfect. The whole process was much more comfortable than I expected.
I honestly couldn't be happier with my new smile and would recommend Smile Team to anyone considering dental treatment in Turkey. Professional, caring and trustworthy from start to finish. Thank you all for giving me the confidence to smile again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Honestly ifi could give smile team a ten star rating i would! From first message to transfer to airport smile team have been incredible . Made to feel comfortable on arrival, English translation so you completely understand your treatment. I had a million questions ,thay answered, no problem, Its not all about profit but you getting the smile you want. Honest company, staff was amazing, my dentist was a perfectionist, attention to detail. Pretty much pain free!

I have now completed my second visit to Smile Team Antalya, and once again I couldn’t be happier with the care and service I received.

From the moment you walk through the door, every member of staff is kind, caring and genuinely makes you feel looked after.

A special thank you to Dr Ibrahim Donmez, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, who carried out my implant procedure. He was so kind, reassuring and professional, making me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment.

One of the things I love most about this clinic is that everything is explained clearly with absolutely no pressure. They take the time to discuss all of your options and always prefer to save your natural teeth wherever possible, rather than recommending unnecessary treatment. A full treatment plan is completed before any work begins, so you know exactly what to expect.

The aftercare has also been outstanding. The team has kept in regular contact with me throughout my healing period, checking on my progress and answering any questions I have had. That level of care has given me real confidence in my treatment.

I’m now counting down to my third visit in a few months, when I’ll receive my final crowns, and I genuinely can’t wait to see the finished result.

I would highly recommend Smile Team Antalya to anyone considering dental treatment. Thank you to the whole team – see you all in a few months!

My experience with Smile Team Turkey in Antalya was exceptional from start to finish. Right from the beginning, I was deeply impressed by their instant contact and highly professional responses. They were entirely transparent, provided clear information, and never hid any details or hidden fees. Their primary priority is clearly patient care rather than just making a profit.
The clinic offers reasonable, highly competitive pricing without compromising on premium quality. In fact, after my in-person clinical examination, they adjusted my treatment plan and actually lowered my price by removing extra procedures that were deemed unnecessary. This level of sincerity, honesty, and open dealing is incredibly rare and commendable.
The logistics were seamless and comfortable, including airport, hotel, and clinic transfers with a very friendly, professional driver. At the clinic, the front desk team offered a warm, refreshing welcome that immediately eased my nerves. My coordinator, Ilmana, was fantastic—young, energetic, and highly articulate. He explained the entire process in simple, clear terms and was always ready to answer questions. I am also very grateful to Wahab, another wonderful and energetic coordinator, who was incredibly welcoming.
I was particularly satisfied with the medical care because Dr. Ibrahim Dönmez is a highly skilled Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. He is a true expert in complex surgical procedures, including advanced implant placements like zygomatic and pterygoid implants. Knowing his deep level of expertise instantly reassured me that I was in the safest possible hands. He is not only highly talented but also incredibly warm and friendly. He took the time to explain every detail professionally, which significantly lowered my anxiety. The surgery went smoothly and wonderfully without any hassle.

I am incredibly thankful to Dr. Esin Kozak. She is a highly skilled and talented prosthodontist who approaches her work with absolute precision. Throughout my treatment, she worked wonderfully, skillfully, and meticulously. You can tell she truly cares about perfection and patient comfort.

Having traveled to their Antalya clinic, I was thoroughly impressed by the cutting-edge technology and strict hygiene standards. The surgeons and nursing staff are incredibly skilled, patient, and fluent in English, completely eliminating any communication barriers.
I am deeply thankful to the entire team and highly recommend Smile Team Turkey.

What a great experience I had at smile team. After years of being terrified of going to the dentist and having so much trouble with my teeth, at 63 I decided to have implants as I only had 9 teeth left and a very ill fitting plate (purchased in the UK). From the moment I walked into the Smile Team dentist I immediately felt at ease. The care and service provided is outstanding. I would 100% recommend to anyone thinking about dental work to give Smile Team a message and start your journey to your perfect smile.

From the 1st contact through whats app, to arriving and our driver was waiting. All staff at hotel and clinic where amazing they talked me through every stage of the process. Also I liked how every staff member had a different job. One dealt with the crowns another dealt with scans another for pictures and one for extractions. The clinic is spotless high standards everywhere. I am so happy with the finished result and would recommend this clinic to anyone. My partner is now going to get his done and also another family member. Go for it u wont regret it. Thanks smile team u where amazing

My co-ordinator max made my experiance that 1000% better, he talked me through every step he stayed with me the hole time,over all he was amazing, the clinic itself, wow,very straight forward and organised,very welcoming and friendly, i would highly recomend smile team 100%. From start to finish this was a brilliant experience. My coordinator Max explained and stayed by my side the whole time from beginning to end, which I really appreciated as he had an excellent & reassuring
manner. All the staff were friendly, informative providing a very professional environment. From the pick ups and collections and the Hotel Nun where I stayed, were all really good and I would certainly recommend Smile.

I have been insecure about my teeth for a few years now. I did my research and found that Smile Team was going to be the best for me.

How amazing and right I was.

The staff here have been nothing but amazing!
They have kept me so settled the entire journey.

From coming in May and finding I needed A LOT of work, they reassured me the entire way. When I went home to recover for a few months, they checked in regularly!

I have now come back and had my final set all fitted and I’m blown away with how perfect my smile is!

I will get jaw ache if I carry on smiling this much!

My implant treatment has just started, and my first experience has been very positive. The doctor was calm, professional, and inspiring confidence. The treatment coordinator spoke excellent English, answered all my questions, and provided great support. The reception staff were friendly, organized, and welcoming. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent.
