I really like the cream I’ve been using it for nearly 2 years and it’s worked for me no problem.
The only thing is I have eczema and creams that contain steroids can cause steroid withdrawal. I emailed them and it says on the website that it is a steroid free cream and they did confirm this, but I’m still not convinced.

Total rip of. The tube is tiny with hardly any cream in it. Have to squeeze so hard for a dot amount, disgusting and so shameful for a business.

First batch they sent was not a bad product, I then make a large order and the entire batch is defective, not a cream but a odd liquid mess.

Customer support refuse to acknowledge the issues despite video evidence opening brand new tubes.

Chargeback initiated. Avoid.

I have been using this for less than a week and has cleared the rash on my feet better than any steroid cream and emollients have done. Only bad thing is that the tube isn't big enough

My first time was great.
But the second time was not professional.
I purchase on October and the items still not delivery at my door. The email response was unbelievable.

1.) Look around the delivery location for your package (in your mailbox).

2.) See if someone else accepted the delivery (friend, family member, roommate, neighbor, office manager, etc.)

3.) Visit your local post office to see if they still have your package.

This business do not rectify any problems. If the parcel is undelivered then don’t expect them to resend it. They place the burden on you to go around and ask your neighbors if someone did not pick it up. Ridiculous.
Trust all the bad reviews on trust pilot and avoid them.

First, I had to put minimum 1 star to open the review box, otherwise, I would not a single one. I would recommend you, before proceeding in buying, check those reviews, most of them are true. Those who say they are good, these are their own hidden, smugglers sneaking in. I haven’t tried their products, because I have never received them. Their tracking numbers and site are jus dust on the eye. May be, at the end of the day, it was good for me to lose money but not my son’s health for not trying their bad products and their way of black mailing people. Please, don’t buy, your money will be gone, worst if you ever happen to receive their product, it is for sure not good. What would you expect for smugglers?

I used this product for a year and it worked well initially however my most recent order was a different colour and didn't help my skin at all resulting in a really bad flare up-I tried contacting them over a month ago and they haven't replied - would definitely avoid!

This is a total rip off and scam, I ordered and paid for this product and still after nearly three months not delievered and their so called tracking system is ajoke. DO NOT BUY THIS SCAM

Ordered more than 1 year ago...Keep getting told it is the courier company, they re-sent the order apparently and another 6 months later, still nothing....This is definitely a scam.
When you order with PayPal etc, PayPal tries to assist to get your money back but pay directly with your Credit card and the money is gone..Wish someone would start a class action lawsuit...

It really worked well with 1st and second orders and then on the 3rd order the psoriasis came back like instant and when I compared it to my second order(I still had some from my second order)I noticed the paste was a lot lighter in colour so I knew their screwing me, just to bad that there people out their doing that, I let them know but no reply so obviously they know that I know.

I have really itchy skin problems i order this cream my skin is in bits and waiting for their creams to get delivered its been more than months and im still waiting while the problems are getting worse very poor and bad service and still not sure that product works waste of money and time bad company

I bought 3X15ml tubes of their advertized psoriasis cream last June 28, 2021. On July 19th, I received 1x20ml tube of the wrong item. Despite several emails, their error was never rectified and no refund was given.

NOT WORK AS IT SAID, NOTHING BUT GETTING WORSE

Where do I begin? My skin condition has not been diagnosed. All the GP can confirm is that it's not eczema or psoriasis. I was referred to a dermatologist as the GP could no longer help. In the meantime I was recommended this cream so bought some in December 2020. There was no delay in arrival. The rash on my elbows and knees started to disappear within a couple of uses. Great, I thought. I also have same problem on my face so used the cream on one side of my face.

I continued to use it on my knees to prevent further outbreaks. The face was taking a little longer to clear up so I ordered more cream in April 2021, as I knew it alleviated symptoms and I wanted some in stock in case the rash reappeared on my knees and elbows.

About a month or so ago I noticed that I had started to grow excessive hair on my face, on the side where the cream had been used. Strange, I thought, as this is a natural product. I checked my knees and elbows and the same was happening there. I do not have hairy legs, arms or face as I have had laser hair removal. Over winter I'm in jeans so don't really bother checking my legs. Plus I'm long sighted, hence the extra hairs on my body went unnoticed!

I decided to research this product. I found a web address and company name on the packaging. When I googled these I found some interesting results. I would suggest searching for Bangrui cream ingredients if you want to get an idea of what I found.

The only conclusion I could draw from this was that I was not using a natural product. The reason that the cream is so effective is because it is not natural and contains, in my opinion Prednisone amongst other steroids, which has caused the extra hair growth.

I have no idea of the level of steroids in this cream. I certainly believe it is not natural, as it has not been certified by any authority. The seller can list any ingredients on the website. I asked the seller to verify the ingredients with a certification document and they could not and are adamant that there are no steroids in this cream. They refused to refund my money for the recent order. I offered to return the items but no changing their mind. If anything they are quite rude. So total waste of time and money.

I would suggest that if anyone wants to use this cream they should research Bangrui and natural Chinese creams. Over the years many creams have been blacklisted as they have been found to contain steroids.

If you're happy using steroids then go for it, as it's likely it will work. If not, then steer well clear of this fake "natural" product.

Hello, I have always ordered, I have always received my packages, I am in France. I understand that there are people who this site is a scam, it is that we are unlucky and then have with their posts maybe who we have concerns. There are people who say the product is not good it's wrong I have psoriasis I put on my legs it's gone until today, for the treatment it you have to follow it to the end too. I have sent before and after photos to this site to prove that this product works.

This cream arrived promptly and worked absolute wonders on my son’s eczema. So much more gentle than steroid cream and only had to use for a couple of weeks and now just keep him well moisturised. Cannot recommend enough
