I've enjoyed using Smile

I've enjoyed using Smile. It's straight forward and has saved my family money with each visit. Seems to be a good selection of dentists available. Although I only use the one great Dentist. Which is Brisbane Elite Dental.

Worst insurance I’ve ever used.

Worst insurance I’ve ever used.
The staff member, May, is not responsive to questions, and the company does not offer a 30-day cooling-off period. The dentists they work with are also very expensive. I will never use this insurance again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Smile makes everything easy

Smile makes everything easy. There has been twice that a dentist has charged me incorrectly. Once I scan my invoice through, smile check everything and they ensure any errors have been rectified right away.

Saved so much money!

This was a real life saver when my husband needed emergency dental work 2 years ago and we've both continued to save on regular checkups and dental work. Highly recommend it if you find private health insurance to be too expensive but need dental work done. Covers what you need without the excessive cost.
