I had an accident and needed to stop customers from placing orders. I sent the request to Smart Web Ninja overnite and by morning the website was updated. I had no customers to contact and inform I would not be able to meet their requests.
Internal roles changed at our organization so we no longer had anyone in-house to manage and maintain our website. So we hired Smart Web Ninja and they have been really great to work with. They fully manage our website and do all the website updates for us. We submit update requests usually on at least a weekly basis and we've never had to wait "in a queue" for the updates to get done.
