Easy order...quick delivery...super product...

Received an email on 26th April confirming order was dispatched. Rang last week to be told not all items were in stock so only received order today

I have used the same product in my main home and holiday property and achieved similar good results in cleaning my patio surfaces

The product itself is clearly high quality and does exactly what it is designed to do when applied correctly. My patio looked fantastic after sealing, and initially I was very happy with the result. However, I did run into an issue some time later where moisture had gotten into the seal, which caused my pavers to turn white in patches. Naturally, this was quite frustrating, as it took away from the overall finish.

Thanks to his guidance, I now feel confident in resolving the issue properly, and it has completely restored my confidence in both the product and the company. It is rare to find this level of aftercare and customer service, especially when something does not go perfectly the first time.

Overall, Smart Seal offers a great product backed up by outstanding customer support. Issues can happen with any product, but it is how a company deals with them that really matters, and in this case, they exceeded my expectations.
