Ich war in all den 3 Geschäften einkaufen......hab dafür 1std 22min gebraucht.

Time For Hospitals to use a different company
Smart Parking operate a smart system !!
In my case they failed to comply with the 14 day notice as required when a notice has not been placed on the vehicle at the time.
I appealed and had a proforma response that failed to address the subject of my appeal at all.
This was a hospital charge involving my 93 year old Mother.
The Hospital Trust at Stratford are as responsible as they employ this company and benefit from the process.
Of course I paid the fine as to challenge it is pointless
Charged twice for the same offence
On the 16/06/2025 I parked at the Royal Infirmary Perth and got my display ticket to place on my dashboard. I saw free parking and didn't read for 4 hours. I got back 10 hours later with a well deserved parking charge in my windscreen that was issued at 13h00. Grudgingly I paid this the next day to get a £30 reduction and thought this was over.
However 2 weeks later I got another parking charge for the same day but this charge was issued at 12h00, 1 hour before the charge that I had already paid. Going through the appeals process explaining that I have no issue paying a charge but being charged 2 times for the same offence is not fair or right. The first charge was photos taken, details submitted but NOTHING attached to the vehicle for the next parking attendant to see the vehicle was charged already. The way they operate is highly questionable as the response from my appeal was that the charge was correctly issued, no mention of the fact that I was charged twice but I can appeal this with the IAS.
After careful thought, how can I appeal this as the charge was issued correctly, I have no way of proving that I didn't leave the car park and return as that is not allowed. I will look into trading standards as this should not be allowed to continue.
Unrechtmäßige Rechnung
Habe heute eine Parkzeitüberschreitungs Vertragsstrafe über 52 € erhalten, über ein Fahrzeug welches ich überhaupt nicht habe, und natürlich auch dort nie geparkt habe. Mal sehen was die 'Fa. schreibt, vor allem, wie kommt Diese an meine Adresse.
Abzocke.
Eine Stunde Parkdauer bei einem Arztbesuch (Orthopäde). Da man nicht laufen kann, ist man auf Fahrzeug angewiesen.

Very unprofessional outfit
Very unprofessional outfit. They misread the reg number - mistaking a 'V' for a 'Y' and so I ended up with a charge. They obviously didn't bother to check the actual car model as my car is a Renault and the picture on the charge shows a Skoda. Took them 6 weeks to reply to my email. No acknowledgment of their mistake. No apology. Just confirmation that the charge would be cancelled "on this occasion".
SmartParking are unethical, Avoid like the plague
I parked on a Smart Parking car park in Ashton-Under-Lyne, Delamere Street OL6 7JL on the 6/6/2025
Both Machines were out of order & the online app wasn't working - stated No Rate Available, I took pictures of the machines & the App notification.
I receive a fine for £100 if paid within 28 days reduced to £60, I appealed to Smart Parking, explaining & providing my photographic evidence, to receive an email stating "we have decided to uphold the parking charge" my options are now to pay the £60 or appeal further to IAS, however if I do & they reject my appeal, the reduced rate will no longer be an option & I will have to pay £100, which I feel is a bully boy tactic.
I will be Appealing & Urge others to avoid any Smart Parking sites in the future!
Two week holiday
We came for a two week stay, to relax and take it easy, so we decide to visit siblyback reservoir. We attempted to pay at the machine, (in the pouring rain) we were unable to get the machine to work. Another person at the machine said it was out of order, after several attempts we got in the car and left. I am disabled and have adaptations on the steering wheel to enable me to drive, I do not flaunt parking payments unnecessarily. I DON’T THINK I WOULD LIKE TO VISIT CORNWALL ANY TIME SOON, AS THINGS LIKE THIS DO NOT ENCOURAGE VISITORS. If I could give no stars then I would.
Awful
Awful, unable to pay online. It would let me through the process, then tell me it wouldn't accept my card, so I had to re-fill out the entry form. It then told me it didn't recognise the charge, and maybe it wasn't with them yet. I had to repeat this process three times

Inappropriately sent a PCN from these cowboys for parking in a car park, when I was reversing into a different parking area.
Unfortunately for them, I have doorbell footage that I was never parked in their car park!
Review of SmartParking – A Deeply Frustrating Experience
I am extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with SmartParking. Despite following the required steps — including entering my vehicle registration correctly — I was still issued a £100 parking fine. This has happened to others I know as well, raising serious concerns about how this company operates.
It feels like SmartParking is profiting from technicalities and minor system issues, rather than genuinely managing parking spaces fairly. Their appeals process is also deeply unsatisfactory, making it difficult for ordinary people to challenge unfair fines.
I would strongly advise others to avoid parking in any car park managed by SmartParking. Even if you believe you've done everything correctly, you could still find yourself hit with an unjust penalty.
This experience has left me feeling angry and powerless. Parking enforcement should protect the public interest — not exploit it. I hope others think twice before trusting this company.

Disgrace of a company
Paid for parking only for the machine to be faulty.
Then when I did arrive back to my car I had to feed my 4 month old in the car after him waking which then meant apparently I was over the time I had paid for. Spent a small fortune in the airport pub too. I will not return to the pub and never use there car parks again.
To work for this company you must be so desperate for a job and have no customer service skills.
Avoid sites operated by Smart Parking if you can
We stayed at Mercure Bradford Bankfield Hotel. Their car park is operated by Smart Parking and is meant to be free for hotel guests, provided they input their car reg into the iPad.
We followed the instructions and registered our vehicle and this worked for our overnight stay. But for whatever reason (I assume a system error) it did not log our vehicle for our first short visit when we checked in.
We received a PCN for this which we appealed, providing proof that we were guests at the hotel. This was rejected so we appealed again through the Independent Appeals Service. This was also dismissed. Essentially, it was a case of “the computer says no” so any humans involved have to throw up their hands and accept the sovereignty of the system.
I’m in favour of using technology to improve ease and efficiency, but when it comes to customer service more humanity is necessary.
I would urge people to avoid sites operated by Smart Parking if at all possible. Landowners please don’t work with them if you value customer experience.

Disgusting company - Zipworld Wales Parking Fine
We visited Zipworld in Wales and received a parking fine from Smart Parking. On the day we had actually paid correctly for parking, however Zipworld advised us that they do have some "occasional issues" with the system. Appeals against the charge have been rejected and now we are receiving letters from a debt collection agency advising that this will go legal. When we called to discuss we were met with a really abusive member of the call team. Horrific - no idea how this company operates - Bullies
Bondefangeri i.f.m parkering og kontrolafgift
Hvis du skal parkere et offentligt sted, så gå langt uden om pladser der administreres af SmartParking.com. Det er næsten umuligt ikke at blive snydt.
Jeg parkerede i Hillerød på en plads, hvor der ved indgang til pladsen og på selve pladsen ifm EasyPark skilt står, at der er kameraregistrering. Min EasyPark app har aktiv kameraregistrering, men jeg tjekker desværre ikke om den har registreret parkeringen.
Da jeg henter min bil er der ikke nogen bøde i forruden. 14 dage efter min parkering modtager jeg en kontrolafgift for ulovlig parkering inklusive et rykkergebyr og et kompensationsgebyr. Jeg klager over, at jeg 1. ikke har modtaget bøden i forruden, så jeg kunne have undgået rykkergebyrer og 2. at der ikke var registreret parkering med det kamera, de skilter med, at de har opsat.
Jeg klager til SmartParking, som sender et juridisk svar på, at de har ret til give bøde og ret til at give rykkergebyr selvom der ikke var en kontrolafgift i forruden, fordi kameraet først dokumenterer forseelsen, når jeg forlader pladsen!
SmartParking er for smarte - grænsende til det kriminelle. Jeg har klaget til Hillerød Kommune over metoden og opfordrer både Hillerød og andre kommuner samt privat drevede p-pladser til ikke at samarbejde med den virksomhed.
