The agent talked me into a Humana account and said it was better than the Devoted account that I had asked about twice. When I checked the Devoted account the next day it was$50 a month cheaper and he then said he didn't handle Devoted after he convinced me that Humana was a better but back

What I wanted, but better!
I pretty much knew the basics for what I was looking at when I called, but I wanted the agent to show me what they had without me going into what I was thinking. Jackson explained everything thoroughly and made some suggestions that were completely in line with what I wanted plus a few great bonuses. My wife told me expect two hours. It only took an hour at the most and I got everything I wanted and cheaper than I expected.
