I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience pushed me to speak up.
I have been dealing with a financial dispute with this company and it has been extremely frustrating. From the beginning, things did not feel right. The results they provided did not match my situation and raised serious concerns for me.
I reached out multiple times through email, clearly explaining my issue and asking for a proper resolution. I was not asking for anything unreasonable, just clarity and a fair solution. Unfortunately, I was met with silence. No response, no follow-up, nothing.
What makes this more concerning is that this is a financial service. When people trust a company with matters like this, they expect transparency, accuracy, and communication. In my case, none of these expectations were met.
This whole experience has caused unnecessary stress and left me feeling ignored as a customer. It feels like once they provide their result, they are no longer interested in helping you resolve any issues.
I sincerely hope they improve their customer support and start taking customer concerns seriously, because right now, I cannot recommend this service to anyone.
