I recently purchased a Wiim Ultra Amplifier - I could have purchased it from Amazon or many other retailers, but the in person customer service is something I value and they are brilliant..... I was going to change my mind for a different product and they were able to impartially advise me what product is best suited anyway I look forward to when they run their sale again as prices have now gone back up !!!!..... Oh and delivery was brilliant, I got updates of when I could expect the item to be delivered.

These guys were really helpful over email to suggest the right product and how to install.

The earphones I bought were great, the delivery went well and everything was transparent. I'm happy with everything that went on. Smart Home Sounds did really well.

First of all, the brand of company 5 star. Smart Home Sound it's the company that holds to original world brands that are known for the quality. The delivery service was great and the communication with their clients. Sometimes they have discount and that benefit us all. I will definitely recommend them. They also have option for monthly payments, so that's spot on. I will come back and buy more products for sure. For the end, I would like to thank them for a wonderful service.

Used Smart Home Sounds for a number of purchases and have always appreciated their prices, great customer service and next day DPD delivery.

Mistakenly put the same order in twice and the support team was quick and lovely sorting out the problem. Delivery was the next day and the items are at competitive prices, can't really ask for anything more.

Emailed the company when I wasn't sure about buying from them or Amazon. I was a bit unsure about buying online from a relatively small company. They were professional and helpful so I decided to go with them and do not regret it. The Sonos speakers are so much better than the Amazon Echo Studio I was using before. I don't want to stop listening to them. They were also cheaper than elsewhere and included a 6 year guarantee.

It is a quality piece of kit , great sound, ,I like thw traditional volume, treble and bass controls , very pleased with it.

Bought my new Roberts radio for a good price. It arrived super quickly, especially as I didn't even pay for quick delivery, and it came very well packaged. I'd definitely recommend shopping here

The price for the earbuds were the lowest that I found at the time, although matched by other retailers. But the £10 discount for your first order and free next day delivery could not be matched.
I was kept updated throughout and can not fault the delivery.
