Great out of the gate to get your business....
Great out of the gate, here's a 1.75% factor fee. Then when you don't meet their hidden criteria on invoices factored they raise your rate to 2.5% with a 5% reserve. Told them I may as go back to my old factoring company. I send them an invoice, don't get paid on Thursday. Email Thursday am, don't hear a word, from anyone (how completely ignorant is that ?!?) Then I find out from Carlos Zapata Friday 4pm that they decided not to buy the invoice because I was leaving, THANKS FOR NOT TELLING ME THAT!!! I received a chq from a company whose invoice I factored, was told to show proof of payment and I would given the LOR. That was April 26 2024, emailed the receipt for payment (proof) ignored once again, invoicing and Carlos Zapata. I've resent the receipt to Carlos, Ivan and Daniella (my manager) LOL. Let’s see how long it takes now to get the LOR. Carlos said it would be expedited.

Carlos came back with a 2.5% fee and 2% reserve, which I turned down.
At the end of the day, I do not like how they treated me. You do not ignore your client multiple emails to multiple people all ignored.
Still waiting on the expedited LOR will update when that arrives….
There was a lack of response on my part ?!? LMFAO, to what question? You never sent me an email or asked me a question. Which is why I said NO to your BS offer of 2.5% and the reserve. YOU IGNORED ME and SCREWED ME FOR 3 DAYS on an invoice I sent in that you decided not to buy and DID NOT INFORM ME OF. Count the emails I sent from Thurs am to when Carlos replied to me Friday 4pm. An expedited release. 🖕🏿Hard to believe this is how Traffix factors. Scotlynn, sure man, we can 1.75 no problem. Contract, lmfao, we need a 1k ‘escrow’ for a year 😂

In our industry, factoring companies typically base their fees on the volume of invoices submitted.
Unfortunately, a pricing structure with a 1.75% / 0% reserve fee is for higher volume of invoices as this not your specific case.
The reason your account status became inactive was for lack of response from your part as well as lack of follow up at our end, and for that we offer an apology.
We constantly strive to enhance our client communications, and these comments validate that we need to focus more on the little things.
The good news is your Letter of Release (LOR) will be available as soon as the 5-day confirmation period ends. This is actually faster than you would receive it with a buyout.
We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best with your new factoring company.

We work for a broker that pays us via Smart Fleet and we haven't had any issues. They consistently pay us within our terms. Any time I've had to deal with a representative at Smart Fleet it has been a pleasant experience.
