Be filing a civil suit, they have employees working there with no paper work and zelle them pay after a days work WHICH IS A ILLEGAL , they still haven't paid me my commission as promise but dont worry i have all contact info for clients sold and they will be let go from program once I reach out to them and tell them its a scam and my lawyer will be in contact since you dont wanna pay me on my second payment while u guys make residuals you got the right one because im GOING THE DISTANCE , do not work for this scam company

They call me morning noon and night with different numbers! I keep telling them to put me on do not call list! It’s harassment and it’s illegal to keep harassing me. They are worse than than the paparazzi! I will start calling them over and over and over tomorrow. I can’t wait!!!!! Picked the wrong gal

This company is no good. Selling bad leads for life insurance. out of the 30 leads they sold me I only contacted 2 people out of the 30 leads. One lead that picked up was Identity theft. The 2nd lead has had life insurance for 5 years through Mutual Of Omaha. Smart Financial Claims that these are fresh leads. Paid 600 Dollars and I got nothing out of it. I was a captive agent before I went independent, as a captive agent I sold 5 to 6 aged leads a week with less then 100 calls. Mind you these are aged leads! I worked with aged leads that were 1 to 6 months old I had better chance with them, then with Smart Financial. THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL LIFE INSURANCE AGENTS STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY.

I would give NEGATIVE five stars if I could! These A@@holes never return phone calls, will hang up on you, refuse to transfer you to a supervisor, and - frequently just hang up for no reason or not even answer the phone. If they treat people like crap when you try to give them your business, imagine what they will be like if you ever have to file a claim!!!!!!!

Unsolicited telephone call. I politely asked if they could remove me from their solicitation list and I was hung up on. I called back to the same number and a different gentleman answer the phone. I asked him if he could remove me from the list and he claimed that he did just then but I doubt it. First person is just a bottom feeder ashamed to be called out by homeowner even though I wasn't going to call him out. Pitiful bottom feeding company and I hope you go bankrupt. More importantly I hope every bottom feeding employee that's signed up to Do Your Dirty Work goes bankrupt as well

I just Watched a video on snap chat advertising for smart financial, they have a guy who used to work at a dealership and is giving away the secret others don't want you to know about finding super cheap insurance. I have seen insurance agents complain because they keep getting leads from smart financial that are supposed to be high quality but the people have no idea why insurance agents are calling them. This is why! They fill out a form from snap chat thinking they are getting insanely low prices. But that's not what they get and instead people are bombarded with calls from different insurance agents who are paying for these leads and then not making any money off of them. Because they are only looking for cheap coverage.
Bad advertising smart financial. Crappy leads. Do not fall for their scam.

Scam for Progressive Insurance 

All  the sites that SmartFinancial Insurance & Everqoute bring you to, are Progressive Insurance, that is a scam. You get NO COMPETING Insurance qoutes.

Stay Away Junk Leads…. when i complained they stated these were wholesale leads… I disputed the charges and they stated i recieved all 500 worth of leads…. I recieved 10…… This company is truly BAD

I just wasted $500 of my hard earned money!
They gave me 13 leads for $500. and after several warnings not to autho renew me, they fraudulently debited my bank account for additional $250, and refused to refund my $250. The leads are horrible. Worst decision in my insrance career!

We are trying to get car and house insurance quotes. I think I started on the Experian website and ended up on Smart Financial. On Smart Financial, I entered my personal information and instead of giving me insurance quotes, it pointed me to getjerry.com--which is supposed to do the same thing! (Don't use getjerry either, at the end they won't show the quotes unless you install their app.) Smart Financial is just a data collector, do not use if you're trying to find insurance quotes.

Worse place I ever worked all the customers for life insurance are calling about a gas card or stimulus check , the auto insurance are angry because smart financial promotes 39 dollar car insurance which can’t be found anywhere their false advertising an most of our customers say they fill their information out on experian very toxic workplace , they pretty much tell us to lie to customers an say whatever extension is available is the customer eta best match , they do t care about they employed or insurance agents just tranfers , they only give u good leads while your in training then after that your going to get cursed out all day , customers are going to tell u they never requested a call an that smart financial website is mis leading , they have no real database they their matching customers with this place is a Ponzi scheme wouldn’t recommend to no one but the FBI I thought the job was going to get raided working there it’s a very toxic environment

Smartfinancial is the worst company that you can get "leads" from. They will lie to you and steal your money. On top of that if you complain about your rights, their managers will call you back and scream at you and will threat you.
My recommendation is to stay away from these scammer company!

If you are looking for a lead vendor that can help you get qualified leads SmartFinancial is not a credible option. Leads are not a good health issue, bad numbers wrong contact information. You would be better off door-knocking than accruing any of SmartFinancial leads.

I had a horrible experience with this company. They require a $500 minimum deposit to start which isn't terrible if the leads were good. I got about 40 leads out of the initial investment because they give you a slight "discount" if you work on the weekend. Of the 40 leads received, 33 had either bad phone, bad address, or flat out said I've never filled out ANY request for life insurance or thought they were going to get a gift card for filling out the form.

They say that you have the ability to setup the hours that you want to work, however there are very limited choices to when you can "accept" leads.. If you want to get leads for only 1 hour, you can't you MUST accept a minimum amount of leads per day, cannot pick weekend hours, etc.

SmartFinancial does not have a refund policy so basically they can have people just fill out bogus information they get out of a phone book, and if it's bad info, they don't care and will not credit you for the leads. I literally have a lead with the name "Ifuhgjg Jdhhdhi" with a bad number and address and they would not refund / replace / credit the lead back.

LUCKILY there was ONE person that said, they remember filling it out and were interested. That one sale, got me my money back, but literally

The worst decision I made in 2022 was signing up for this lead generator . This is the quickest way to lose money imaginable .

Bought leads. All I can advise is be aware of the billing and keep track of the leads

UPDATE: Unfortunately, even after giving them a second chance, we still couldn't get any traction. The information was bad and the billing was still questionable at best. We have cancelled and have no intention of ever going back.
I had the worst closing ratio ever with this company. I attribute that in large part to a rep that really didn't know or care what was happening.
Fast forward to, "Everybody deserves a second chance." I have a new rep that listens and things seem to be going better. If we can actually get some traction, I will update with a higher score. If not, at least we tried.
The worst leads I have ever purchased. I was promised that the leads would be real-time requests and were high-intent customers. We couldn't get anybody on the phone, because all of the contact information was bad every time. When I spoke to my customer service rep, she started saying that it was probably the way we were handling the leads. I have been working leads for over 20 years, so that would be incorrect.
We then switched to live-transfer. That was an even bigger mistake. Almost every customer they transferred to us was either dropped between the call transfer or just hung up when we answered. Again, my rep said it was our fault.
Not only was our customer service rep extremely rude, but she was also very unreceptive to wanting to fix any problems.
We finally cancelled.
