Smart Ea Incubator Omdömen 

This company is a scam, I hired them back in October to pass a 100k challenge, they took almost 7 months to pass phase 1, we got to phase 2 and then i bought a 200k challenge. In about almost 2 months later after starting phase 2 for my 100k and phase 1 for my 200k, they blew both of my account. I sent them a message on telegram and their answer was that i had to send an email and wait 90 days for a reply. After 80 days which was yesterday i told them that they had 10 days to fix my issue and they offered me a auto trader bot worth $1497 instead of getting back my 2 challenge account plus the cost of passing the challenges. The total loss was $5,884.65, i told them that i wouldn't accept that and that I wanted both of my accounts back. Well well well, I checked today and they blocked me from both of their customer service account and banned me from messaging them. Good thing i took screenshots of the chats, I lost almost $6,000 and they just blocked me. Do not buy their program, most of the reviews are fake, thats how they do it. They also recommend prop firms that scam people after passing. The challenge accounts. I lost so much money with them and i messaged them from another telegram account and they replied back to me and blocked me again after i asked for an explanation on why they blocked me from my other account. If you need proof i have them all

This Royal EA really smashed the market really hard ! This week , 9th sept - 13 sept i managed to withdraw almost 800 usd. I just let the Royal do his job 24hours. This week was my 3rd time continuosly withdraw by using this EA.

I have persisted with company for some weeks now. Initially it looked promising but oh goodness, once I got serious and used the EA seriously, what a disaster!!
They refuse to refund, even after posting a warning not to use it on XAUUSD.
The support channel on Telegram is a joke - just hype and BS designed to hook novices. Eventually they just ignore you.
I have gone to the extent of purchasing TicData and optimising their EA, but sadly, it proved to me that the current version 7.31 cannot successfully run at a consistent profit. Their latest version today V7.1 fails with errors.
I also used their prop passing service to pass a challenge at a prop firm they recommended (Infinity forex) which they did successfully. Infinity quickly cancelled the account because the trading risk was outside their guidelines (Yes I using their EA as recommended). So much for their heavily advertised warranty - no chance!!
SO over all, if you are looking for a successful professional company, THeN STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOT.!

Smart EA Incubator have just asked Trustpilot for more info on me so they can identify who I am, yet they have also notified me via Telegram that they will not support the product while my review remains posted. How's that for a professional support response designed to generate happy clients !!
I have advised Smart Ea incubator their options are to either refund me fully (It may be against their stated policy, but if the product does not function policy does not come into it), fix the errors and provide me a working system that does what they advertise, Then they will get a corresponding good review.
Very simple really.

this company is amazing and the Alpha Incubator EA is amazing, I just wish that the EA was on MT5 because MT4 is getting obsolete, and so many Forex Brokers are transitioning to MT5. Can you put the EA on MT5 ?

many bad experiences with this company. referred a fake prop firm. they passed my prop firm challenge account but then loose my real account. supposed to they should buy me another challenge account but they did not refund or change my challenge account but instead gave me no choice of taking their alpha ea incubator that they said worth 1.6K. but this ea does not make a profit but instead burned my account. another bad experience is the flipping mentorship that nobody actually able to flip account. the mentor stopped also the mentorship. what i experienced from this is at first very responsive and would even call. but once your paid and something wrong happened, good luck! ignore time will come!
lesson learned. never trust easily. instead of getting service of pass the challenge which is very expensive and will not return the money after the challenge, i should have the instant live account prop firm like fundyourfx.
at the moment, i have many messages to their support team but keep ignoring me.
Their telegram support blocked me. That is how they resolved when client is complaining.

Alpha EA Incubator is a real deal for whoever wants to pass a prop firm challenge or manage their funded account afterwards.I got it a couple months ago and in less than a week could learn all the settings and get the results I wanted! Highly recommended to automation traders!
