Lovely staff and great treatment

Had a great experience today with my dentist Kirsty and her dental nurse Taylor, very pleasant and kept me at ease through my procedure, they kept me well informed. The receptionists where lovely too.

My dentist Kirsty was excellent. She was very attentive and professional. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. My appointment was taken on time.

I would strongly advise people to avoid this dental practice And save your money. From my very first visit, I was misled. I booked an appointment specifically to have my teeth cleaned and the glue from my retainer removed, and I was told at the time of booking that this was included in what I was paying for £140. When I arrived, I was told the dentist I had been assigned couldn't perform the glue removal and that I would need to see a different dentist entirely. Being lied to in order to take my money was extremely frustrating, though I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and assumed it may have been a misunderstanding.
However, what made the experience truly unacceptable was the receptionist. As I was leaving, she treated me as though I was attempting to leave without paying, despite the fact that she was the same person who had checked me in and processed my payment. On a separate visit regarding another appointment, the same receptionist was again incredibly rude to me. I had to take a moment just to process how I had been spoken to.
I also could not help but notice that her attitude seemed directed specifically at me. Based on my experience, I have reason to believe this may be rooted in bias towards people of colour, as she did not appear to treat others the same way.
If you do not have the temperament to treat people with basic respect and decency, customer-facing work is simply not the right fit. I will not be returning, and I would encourage others to take their business elsewhere.

The reception was incredible rude. I literally had to take a min to even process what I had just experienced. I’ll never be going there again. My advice do not go to them

I have a terrible fear of dentists due to a bad experience and ongoing illness which has caused me crippling anxiety over the years to the point I stopped going. I joined Bloomfield Dental Studio recently as I had to try to get help for my phobia and need a lot of Dental work. The staff here have been so friendly and helpful and understanding. They have been really patient and explained easily that I can take my time and spread my appointments out. Im so glad I took the first step to getting my teeth fixed. Its such a relief and im in good hands.

Can't thank this Dentist enough. In agony with excrusiating tooth pain, I called my own Dentist (part of the clear dental group). I was told that after explaining my problem, that it would be 5 days before they could see me. Something i found incredible after being a patient for over 30 years. Woke up this morning in agony, i googled emergency Dentist and was surprised to see this pop up a short distance from my home. I called at 9 in the morning , explained my predicement and was surprised to be told that i could be seen straight away. After examination i was told that i had an infection on the area surrounding my crown tooth. I was given a prescription for amoxicillin. I was there at 9am and back out inside 15 minutes, and at a reasonable cost of under £100. I cannot thank them enough, and will now sign up to join the practice.

I contacted the surgery after my previous dentist cancelled my root canal appointment twice and couldn’t give me an appointment until the new year. Not only was I seen within a week, Dr Kirsty was also able to fix the tooth without having to do the root canal. I received extremely professional and very friendly service, and the surgery had a nice welcoming atmosphere that put me at ease as soon as I walked through the door. It’s been a great experience, I can’t recommend it enough! l

My experience has been very good ,they are very professional in everything they do I am a very nervous person and I must say they made me feel very calm iwhen doing the procedures, I would recommend them to anyone .
