I really do not like the new website…

I really do not like the new website design for 2026. Not only have they put several unnecessary pushes to be able to submit reviews many of the features are unnecessary. You are now required to upload a proof of purchase for reviewing a website. Okay, really? No this is dribble and needs to go. many websites do not have purchases so this is unnecessary. Simply put it's data collection.

I had an extremely disappointing and…

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Expedia.

While I was in Turkey, I became seriously ill and urgently needed help with my flight. Instead of receiving support, I was met with rude and unhelpful customer service. I provided a doctor’s note to explain my situation, but my request was rejected without any clear reason.

What made this even worse is that there was no clear policy on their website explaining why my request would be denied. I was left completely unsupported during a very difficult time.

As a result, I ended up paying twice for my flight, and I still have an unused ticket that Expedia did nothing to help me with. This caused me both financial loss and unnecessary stress.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any travel service. I strongly do not recommend Expedia to anyone.

FTC Consent Order, Broken Dispute Tools, and Aggressive Sales Pressure

We are a 25-year-old premium doll manufacturer featured in Forbes, BBC, The Guardian and Vogue, serving 100,000+ customers in 150+ countries. Sitejabber created a listing for our business without our authorization.

A reviewer posted provably false claims on our listing. We provided Sitejabber with comprehensive evidence disproving every claim: delivery confirmation showing the package arrived the same day the reviewer complained, payment records, and the reviewer's own enthusiastic emails before she launched a coordinated 7+ review campaign across 4 platforms using multiple email addresses.

Sitejabber declined our report with a generic template. Their suggested Verification Request tool returns a 404 error. It does not exist on their dashboard. There is no appeal process.

Meanwhile, a customer left us a genuine 5-star review praising our service. Sitejabber published it briefly, then removed it and never reinstated it. Negative reviews stay permanently. Positive reviews disappear.

After declining our evidence, Sitejabber emailed us: "Your company has a 1.5 rating. We've enhanced your plan with tools to help you take control." Their sales reps called us 6+ times and emailed weekly for months pressuring us to buy premium plans.

Sitejabber is under an FTC Consent Order (January 2025, unanimous 5-0 vote) for misrepresenting reviews on their platform. We have now filed formal complaints with the FTC, BBB, and California Attorney General. Their BBB profile shows 15 complaints from other businesses describing identical treatment.

In order to preserve the integrity of our review platform, Sitejabber (much like Trustpilot) allows all real customers of a business to submit reviews and leave public feedback. To be fair to businesses, we are committed to removing reviews that clearly violate our content guidelines. If evidence shows a reviewer did not have a genuine experience or that a review otherwise violates our policies, our moderation team will take appropriate action.

Our decisions are based on whether a review meets our published standards rather than on disagreements about specific facts. When a reviewer appears to have had a direct purchasing or service experience, the review is generally allowed to remain. Sitejabber does not arbitrate factual disputes between reviewers and businesses.

Regarding the review in question, the customer not only uploaded a proof of purchase at the time of submission, but also provided additional verification of their experience when our moderation team reached out to them. Because of this, our moderation team will not remove the review.

It is also important to point out that while we do offer premium tools to businesses, paying for our tools does not change in any way our moderation policies. All businesses are subject to the same moderation standards, and paying for our premium tools does not entitle any business to have verified reviews removed simply because they disagree with them.

We value feedback from businesses and remain committed to applying our policies consistently and fairly. Please feel free to share any new information through the appropriate reporting channels.

I received late charges on a paid account

I received late charges on account that was paid a month prior. The payment was on a Visa, which they don't take. I was not informed of this fact. So, my account became past do. Plus all the late charges. The fees were not removed. Since they record all conversions, no one offered to remove all the late fees.

Worst review site

The trainers arrived in 4days over the holidays too and where the real deal. I almost paid 800kwid elsewhere.. as I'm a collector. Unbelievable website. Emma was very helpful via the chat too. Sitejabber replied and have update our rating to 4*'s but are still refusing to remove the review that inaccurately and in our opinion libelously accuses us of being a scam. Despite the fact that we have sent evidence of the customer having received their product in perfect condition.

For 2025 all of the reviews for Under Lucky Stars on Sitejabber have been 5* however, Site Jabber have just reduced our rating to 3* on the basis that we have had no reviews in the last few months.

WHAT!! How does that make any sense?

Surely, if our customers were dissatisfied they would have left their own reviews of less than 5*. They have not!

At the same time our rating was downgraded we were contacted by Sitejabber who said “We’ve helped companies like Fanatics, Grammarly, TickPick, and many more improve how they appear across all of their key review sites.”

Hmmmm looks like they want us to pay to improve our standing!

Under Lucky Stars believe it is unethical to pay to improve our rating. We have no intention of doing that

Chipmunkapublishing Review

Sitejabber promised to email me as soon as my review is "published for the world to see, typically within 48 hours." This promise was made 11 days ago. I wrote to Sitejabber to find out what the delay was and got no response. I wrote my review for Chipmunkapublishing and I thought the review was positive. I can't understand why my review was not "published for the world to see."

UPDATE. 17 October
Sitejabber replied to my concerns regarding the rating but still have not removed the review which alleges that our company is a scam. This is despite the fact that evidence has been supplied to Sitejabber showing that the customer received the item they had ordered in good condition and, for the slight delay in delivery a refund. Their continued publication of this incorrect and, in our opinion libellous review indicates that they are not interested in publishing actual facts.

They require a password but their password field is brokenThey require a password but their password field is broken

Trying to write a review and they require me to enter my name and a password and an email but their password field is completely unresponsive I can't type in it. I asked chat EPT about this since the actual support email doesn't respond and apparently a lot of people are having this problem their password field is programmed incorrectly I believe it has to do with the show password or hide password feature that they're using from 1997. I think their site was probably programmed by kids from coding camp in 1997. I spent a day now trying to write a review on a review website that won't let me put in a password that it requires. If you guys want to try this site out knock yourself out

Sitejabber either gave or sold my info to a SCAMMER site in INDIA.. They called and said they were from Ebay with refund info. Asked me to download an APP from the play store.........BULLSH__T.. I called them SCAMERS and hung up.. DON'T trust Sitejabber !!

Support uploaded my review and deleted my account both without consent

A few months back, I was writing a review about a certain company at Sitejabber and when I submitted it, it works normally. And on Jul 29, 2025, when I contacted support of the Continue button not working, I provided everything I can say that I filled out in the review and the response was (I edited it to make sure it only includes the question so you don't look at some other random stuff) "I'm so sorry to hear about the trouble. Can you please let me know the following? Browser/device you were using when the issue happened
Were you logged in or logged out when the issue occurred?" and I answered it (the answer was "I'm using Google Chrome and my account is logged in and it happened somewhere around noon or close to 12 PM") and said "Thank you! We've uploaded your review and it should be published shortly.". They just uploaded my review without consent and when I checked, it says my account was deleted. I did not request deletion and replied to them "Uploaded? I didn't ask to upload as if it is fixed, I would have to test it, not uploading it without permission and I didn't say upload " and they didn't respond. I tried follow ups multiple times from that time to Aug 9, 2025 and they still ignored it and there was no warning of my account being deleted. But nobody logged in my account and Sitejabber would just delete my account for no reason. This is a issue because deleting a account without any warning is a bad thing. When I tried to check if there's a way to recover, there's no option. However, I do have proof of this happening (screenshots but they are edited) but because there's no upload option in Trustpilot when making a review, I can't share it here

Should you use Sitejabber: No, account deletion (without warning), uploading reviews without consent (when fixing a button), and even no option to recover when a account is deleted (when I did not request account deletion)

Absolute joke of a site

Absolute joke of a site, emailed them twice to remove a post about our business which is not only untrue it's also slandering our company whixh we're currently preparing paperwork to take them to court and site jabber will be joining them unless thry get this removed, we have sent them 2 emails to advise them that thry need to remove the post but have had no reply from them (what a surprise)

Company should be put out of business

Company should be put out of business, have reported them to the courts & in the middle of organising an injuction to have a review thry have let remain on their website who wasn't a customer and never has been but an ex employee with a grudge against us, what have site jabbed done about it, I'll tell you what, NOTHING, so it looks like I will be speak to the courts next week to have this review remove as thry are not even answering their emails

Not useful

I’ve found writing reviews on this site to be frustrating. Even after submitting a review along with proof of purchase, it doesn’t get published. It feels like a waste of time when genuine feedback isn’t being acknowledged or made visible.

Oh my god I rarely write reviews

Oh my god I rarely write reviews...this is why. I went to the bother of writing a review when prompted from green motion site. I wrote a detailed review and then had to dig out my booking reference. The review still wouldn't submit as it said my review was ' poor ' as I hadn't added proof of purchase or photos. As it's noted as 'optional', surely that's up to me, (and also not relevant to the review) So congratulations Site jabber, I have made a rare review , as the site is soooo poor.

Awful company

This company allows people to make defamatory comments about others, with no recourse.

They also provide misleading claims on their website, and claim to be a site to allow 'consumers' to review 'busineses', but in practice allow trolls to review anything, including non-businesses.

Sitejabber is not recommended

Sitejabber is a very poor website; they ostensibly exist to allow "consumers" to review "businesses", however it turns out that they allow literally anyone to review anything, even a non-business.

They make all sorts of claims on their website about how they are to give "consumers confidence" but they do not actually act in accordance with this.
