Overpriced credit monitoring service that promises you all three reports, but I have not been able to get an updated one in the last few months. I would rather use one of the credit bureaus own reporting services than theirs.

Very organized and helpful

Fatal no pidáis nada con ellos, desde tres días antes de que venza el crédito te están acosando a ti y a tus familiares, te llaman con mil números y aun no eres moroso... Vergonzoso.

La última ha sido descubrir que han intentado acceder a mi cuenta bancaria, si si tal lo escucháis, intentan abrir tu cuenta bancaria en lugar de enviar el recibo a la tarjeta te tratan de abrir la cuenta, en cuanto pagas sea el crédito o el aplazamiento dejan de intentarlo.

Lo hemos denunciado porque yo no les autorizo a que entren en mi cuenta, yo les autorizo a que me cobren el crédito no a que realicen acciones que atentan contra mi imagen, mi dignidad y mi privacidad.

Y que sea el juez quien decida si pago o no, porque esto ya se pasa de castaño oscuro, no se ha venido el plazo y me están intentando entrar, tengo dirección IP y tengo todo, y son ellos mismos!!!!

Smart Credit (Brightside Credit) are scams. Don't waste your time or money with either of these companies. If I could rate them a "-0" that's is where they should be.

I cancelled services and 3 months later, I am still being charged the monthly fee, which is beyond ridiculous to me. I informed them that I cancelled my card on my file due to the multiple times I was charged and this dumb company tried per their reps to refund my "cancelled card" 5 plus times and now tell me there is nothing they can do???? I asked if they could provide me the back-up (source docs) to show where they attempted to refund me and it was rejected so I could contact my bank and the dumb rep tells me that they are unable to provide me that information. Someone is lying! Are you serious, their reps, leads and supervisors are pathetic. This is not proper anything at all.

My advice is RUN past "Smart Credit and Brightside Credit" as both parties are scandalous. No work was ever completed yet they brag about being able to clear and or clean up your credit. FOLKS do your research and more importantly keep your MONEY and clean your credit up yourself and folks out of your life and business!

Great app. Really helps monitor my credit. Makes it easy to dispute.

I really enjoyed using smart credit. They helped me out a lot understand my credit report.

Estafadores

No intentéis pedir nada a esta empresa, es mentira. Te hacen dar datos y subir documentación y acceder a banca online y luego te deniegan la solicitud, con o sin asnef. Les preguntas y no saben explicar motivos. Cuidado con estos estsfadores

It’s been a really slow process I know improving my score will take time but I thought it would have taken less time to remove old names, addresses and inquiries. Still waiting will review again later

No pidáis jamas en esta empresa son unos delincuentes. Ofrecían un primer crédito a 0 interés a pagar en un mes me dan uno de 50 euros de chiste cobrándome 20 euros de interés sin autorización mía nunca me enviaron la contra oferta. NI se os ocurra pedir en esta empresa, yo les voy a denunciar y a demandar.

I’ve gained so much knowledge from SC website!! The reminders from the site is priceless, these reminders keeps me aware of actions I can perform to keep control of my credit rising. I have tried others, but SC has proven to be the Best!!!
