Developer is no longer supporting my WHMCS module that I bought 2 years ago, and renewed support less than a year ago. The module has an issue with licensing and constantly slips into an "Invalid License" state which screws up all my renewals as they don't process. The developer was eager to help at first, but then started ignoring messages when he was unable to fix it. He's been completely unresponsive, though is reading my messages. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU'LL NOT BE SUPPORTED!

So amazing. Helped so much with multiple things and was so professional, helpful, kind, and curious. Work they do is exceptional and always done in a fast timely manner. I definitely recommend them and will be doing future business with them again in the future.

I had Smartcodes for Quickbooks almost a year. I was unable to integrate Quickbooks with Smartcodes. This had been an ongoing problem for me. I tried several tech savvy individuals with no success. However, I decided to submit a ticket with Smartcodes and once I connected with customer service through Whatsapp the process became seemless. Thanks for the help!!!

I want to say thank you SmartCodes. I've bought all my modules and website themes from them. Can they seem a little pricey yes but what you get in return far out ways the price a peace of mind.

I've been a very long time customer 4 years I believe and in that time. I've purchased alot from them and I can say everything is still working as it did from day 1 if I have or had a issue it was corrected usually with in a few hours.

The module I received works great. I actually even had the developer expand a little on it (a preview of version 2.0 it seems) and he went to work setting up Bouquet Selections for the user area. It works fantastic. I highly recommend any project coming from this dev, as he's very hands on and responsive to inquiry.
