Still havent received my blood testing kit, ordered over 2weeks a go.

The test is very easy to do and your results are emailed to you within 3/4 days. The report clearly shows the foods you have a problem with, which are numbered from 1 to 5, 1 being a slight sensitivity. The follow up telephone consultant with the nutritionist is brilliant and really does help. I have spoken on numerous occasions to a lady called Sheila , who could not be more helpful and I can really recommend doing the test.

Quick delivery and then quick results.Only thing I noticed was that the item you use on your finger to get blood was alot more painful then other ones I had before, and my fingers bruised for few doors after doing it but overall good and I pleased I done it.

Too much of a delay in getting my results. This was not as advertised.

I was very impressed with the professionalism given by Smartblood. I started my new diet regime right away and already feel better, no IBS in the week I’ve been on it. Really enjoyed and benefitted from the 1 to 1 consultation and hope to maintain this progress.

Great at home test, easy to do and the results matched with others that I have done. With any purchase like this I and always sceptical of the company and results but I am pleased to say it is definitely a legitimate company and testing is done to a high standard.
Finding out you have food intolerance can be very difficult to navigate to start with but you will feel so much better once you cut those foods out of your diet! Thankfully you are given a 30 minute call with a nutritionist once you get your results which is extremely helpful if you’re not sure what you should be looking for on the food packaging you would normally buy or how to cut out those foods from your diet.
