Great customer service
I created an order with Smallflower for the first time ever last week. I sent my cart to them, and the transaction went through super fast. The next day they notified me that one of the items I ordered is not in stock and won't be for a while. They offered a refund, and shipped the rest of my order right away. I received the package sooner than expected, and the product I ordered is great. I would definitely order through Smallflower again.

Great place for great stuff...
I have been using Smallflower for a few years now - mainly because I can buy 'proper' English shaving cream to use with a shaving brush...
These people have a great selection, at good prices, and are efficient and prompt. I can buy stuff that I can only usually get in London, and their brushes and blades are good value too...
Real 'quality' stuff, and very efficient as well...

Great store!
Merz will always be one of my all time favorite stores. The staff is always friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. The level of service is unbeatable. I've since moved out of the area and am happy that I can still patronize the business from afar. I've been buying a cologne that is very hard to find, but they have it. So I'm stoked that I can still order from them and get the products I need. My order was received and shipped as promised.
