This is a scam shop. The website is misleading and doesn't represent the product delivered. I purchased the chin strap and received a generic Chinese product.

Horrible product. I bought this product a couple months ago and have suffered nothing but severe back pain neck pain snoring. Do not buy this pillow. It is disgusting and when you try to return it, you get no reply from anybody. It’s like they don’t even exist anymore.

I was sceptical buying this pillow, as I've tried every pillow under the sun but unfortunately none of them helped my neck.
I purchased this pillow weeks ago and my god has it changed my life.
I'm a side sleeper and i don't wake up anymore with a stiff and sore neck.
I have also bought one for my husband and son both have trouble with their necks.
My husband sleeps on his back and he says he wakes up feeling he got a better night's sleep and a big plus for me is his snoring is much quieter now too.
I would highly recommend my Slumbir pillow and give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I purchased this pillow out of sheer desperation as my neck pain and headaches were out of control. When I received it, I thought very little of it as it seemed too small. But I gave it a try and almost right away my headaches and neck pain improved significantly - it not entirely. I strongly recommend this product.

Bought a pillow. Really cheap and nasty the button in the middle is broken so the item is not functional. Aviod.

Absolutely terrible pillow for anyone with broader shoulders. Customer service is shocking. Still trying to chase a refund which I’m sure I’ll never get. Avoid at all costs.

Shipping was delayed a little at customs since it was international, but customer support went above and beyond to keep me updated and push things forward. When the pillow arrived, the quality exceeded my expectations. so comfortable and totally worth the wait!

Don’t buy this pillow! The quality of the foam is low and it’s not constructed in a way that actually supports your head and neck properly. It’s built on a slant with the front higher than the back which means your head and neck are not aligned if you side sleep. They don’t advertise the pillow as made or coming from china, but that’s where it’s from and if you don’t like the pillow, they will force you to pay the shipment fees in order to get a full refund, otherwise it’s 35% refund. I felt scammed when I got the pillow and saw how cheaply made it is. Temu likely has better versions. Please don’t lose money like I did. I have still have to find a pillow that properly supports my head and neck.

This is a must have for any style of sleeper, so comfortable. Postage 7-10 days, I got it earlier. Best night sleep from the first night of using it. Thanks Slumblr crew. Highly recommend.

At first, there was a slight delay with customs like 3 days, but customer service kept me reassured and made the whole process smooth. Thank you! Very professional team. "I really wanted this pillow to help with my neck pain, but honestly I’m disappointed. The quality feels cheap, the foam lost its shape after just a couple of weeks, and it doesn’t give the proper support it promised. Instead of waking up refreshed, I still feel stiff in the morning. The packaging looked nice online, but in reality it arrived in a plastic bag, nothing premium. For the price I paid, I expected something much better. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend Sumblr to anyone looking for a real orthopedic pillow.

My pillow was delivered yesterday, I slept 6 hours straight, which for me is a record! It was absolutely amazing! I suffer from spondylitis & degenerative disc disease. My neck & back hurt so much that’s why I don’t sleep much, but literally on the first night with this amazing pillow I slept 6 entire straight hours. I woke up feeling amazing!!
I give it 4 stars not 5 only because, I think it should come with a pillow case. Haha! But other than that- no complaints only compliments from me with this amazing pillow! I highly recommend it if you have neck & back pain. SO SO HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE! it also arrive within 2 days of ordering! Thanks so much! Amazing pillow! I’d been dealing with neck, shoulder, and lower back pain for months, but after just a week of sleeping on my Slumblr pillow, I felt a huge improvement in both pain and mobility

I never leave reviews, but I had to for this one. Out of the 15+ pillows I’ve tried (from $15 to $300), Slumblr is by far the best. I used to wake up with painful ears when sleeping on my side, so strange, but this pillow fixed that. I’m a back and side sleeper, and I even trimmed off the little neck-support edge because it bothered me on my side. With a pillowcase you can’t even tell, and now it’s absolutely perfect.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to for this one because the Slumblr pillow honestly changed my life (and sleep really is life). From the moment I laid my head on it, I knew it was the one. I’ve always struggled with pillows, too soft, too firm, too thick, and nothing ever supported my neck and took pressure off my shoulders at the same time. Somehow, this pillow feels like it was designed for my body.

I have slight cervical spine degeneration and my shoulders were starting to ache at night. As a massage therapist, I preach ergonomics and posture, so I know how critical proper alignment is. Most pillows claim to support the neck, but your head still ends up too propped up. With Slumblr, my neck adjusted immediately. The dip in the center is perfect for my head, the flared edges support my shoulders, and the memory foam is that perfect balance of firm yet flexible. It even stays cool (though I use a silk pillowcase too).

I took a chance on this pillow because of the 60 day return policy / satisfaction guarantee. It did not work out for me and I found out the advertising is VERY misleading. You 'only' have to pay for return shipping to china which is the same as the cost of the entire pillow. So in essence, you cant actually get your money back. I emailed custom support who told me that there was nothing they could do

I was sceptical at first, but I went ahead to order my first pillow. It came, but it was a little low for me. So I went back to them and shared my opinion. Guess what they sent me another pillow which was their version 2 for free! I have never seen a seller doing that before. The new pillow came, and I am more than happy to say that I am very satisfied by the product. It really helps me sleep so much better. One little pillow under $80 has solved what over $4000 worth of pillows can’t. I understand that some may have bought counterfeit products. I’m just glad I actually bought the right one.
