We had an extremely disappointing experience with Slumber Cloud. First, they made false claims about the quality of their products - they don't worth the price. Second, and that's the main point - the... Se mer

EXTREMELY PLEASED (MOSTLY)!!!!
Absolutely LOVE the mattress pad. We have a deep, pillow-top mattress and have had difficulty finding a good fit when it came to a pad and sheets. SC pad fits perfectly and is holding its shape very well. The mattress pad earns 5 stars!
I only gave 4 stars because I'm disappointed in the pillow purchased. In a very short time it has become very flat and uncomfortable. Not at all what I expected for the price.

Dana, thank you for the 5 stars for the mattress pad. It is a top seller and I'm glad you're pleased. As for the pillow, we are sorry about it going flat. That shouldn't have happened and we would have gladly accepted it back for a full refund or sent you out a replacement with our Slumber Cloud guarantee. Feel free to contact me any time and I can find a way help make your experience better. Heather 1-855-482-8802
just ok
I find this not to be any better than any other mattress pad. You can feel a little coolness at first but that quickly goes away. I bought cause my fiance is so hot natured and he sweats a lot. I also wanted something to help protect the mattress from the sweat in which it works fine for that.

Thank you for your feedback, Kathy. The coolness feels like it is less as your body acclimates to the technology. An analogy I use to help explain it is: getting into a hot tub. At first it seems REALLY hot but once your body gets use to it, you're comfortable. The temperature in the hot tub didn't change but your body adapted. The same is true for the Outlast technology. The Technology is still performing even if the sensation isn't as apparent throughout the night since your body has started to adapt. I hope that helps a bit (my silly analogy). Please do not hesitate to call me if you believe it isn't performing for your fiance. Heather 1-855-482-8802
Don't waste our money!
It's not worth the price! I ordered the cooling mattress pad and I feel no difference. I have night sweats and I hoped this product would help. It made no difference at all.

Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it very much. We are sad to hear that our products were disappointing. I'm happy to help you in any way to make your experience with Slumber Cloud a positive one. I can show you some other options for cooling that may help you that actually plug in and cool the bed down with water tubes where you control the temperature yourself. You can call me anytime and we will do our best to help you: 1-855-482-8802

Cool, crisp, content
From the first night,...to last night,...it just keeps gettin' better!!! I have been sleeping so deep and restful,...that I have had to set my clock with 30 minute intervals until I REALLY have to get up. I can't WAIT to go to bed every night now,...

Thank you so much, Corda, for your great review. Thank you for being our customer. We are so happy you are getting amazing sleep.
sleeping soundly and staying asleep at last
As a woman who went through surgical menopause at age 43, sleep has been hard to achieve as my body overheats especially at night causing restlessness and frequent waking. NOT since I purchased my slumber cloud blanket however! I am now sleeping soundly and through the night. Rhis blanket is like magic. It keeps me cool when I am over warm and then returns the warmth as I cool down in the early morning hours. I LOVE this blanket because I am rested waking each morning. Thank you, Slumber Cloud, for great sleep.

You're very welcome, Laurie. We love to hear success stories. Thank you for being our customer.
The pillow worked wonders for my wife. Eliminated having headaches!
My wife has been battling bad headaches for a long time and we purchased a Slumber Cloud and now she can get a good nights sleep and not wake with a bad headache. We are thankful for this as it was very draining on her and sapped her energy. Now with a good nights sleep she wakes refreshed and ready for the day ahead.

Really quite good!
I was so excited to find these products...I had been so uncomfortably hot at night and was losing sleep every night. I got the mattress cover and the duvet. During the hot summer nights, it didn't keep me as cool as I had hoped however...good news! This fall has been a dream! We are sleeping so well. Maybe what we need to do is invest in the sheets as well for summer because, even though we use 100% cotton sheets, I have a feeling the non-cooling sheets will be the key for the hot summer nights being more comfortable.

It seems to help me from getting hot.
I'm not 100% sure it works. I have had to wash it a few times and it doesn't seem as cool as it was when I first got it.

Instantly changed my husband's nightly ability to sleep well.
Excellent product and quality. My husband's nightly sweating problem disappeared the first night we placed the mattress pad on our bed. Will definitely buy more of Slumber Cloud's products. The quality of the mattress pad greatly exceeded all our expectation. Also, our order arrived in great condition in just a few days after placing the order.

Kevin, THANK YOU for the kind words. We really try hard to make sure our customers are happy and get top quality products and are very flattered by your words.
very comfortable, high quality duvet and great service
I was looking for a cool comforter as my old hot one was making it difficult to sleep. I found this site and the products seemed innovative, so I bought the duvet. Well worth the price, the duvet feels soft to the skin and does stay pretty cool but still keeps you warm. Less sweating at night, definitely recommend. I will buy from this company again.

Doesn't stay cool
After searching for help with hot flashes, I was excited to find this website offering pillows that would deflect heat and stay cool for relief from hot flashes, night sweats, etc. My husband is always hot so I purchased 2 pillows plus the stay cool pillow cases for us both. Unfortunately they don't work - together or separately. The pillows are cool at first but even with normal body temperature they maintain the heat and actually get hot if you don't flip the pillow over often to find a cool spot. I tried the pillows with and without the pillow cases that are supposed to do the same thing. I also tried the cases on regular pillows but it didn't work that way either. So now my guest room has a VERY EXPENSIVE second set of pillows decorating the bed. Thankfully I didn't buy the mattress pad or other items that I had planned to purchase once I received the pillows.
