Still been 14 Days since requested withdraw and haven't received it.

Had a great experiance. Support was kind enough to actually contact me by email and let me know that the withdrawal method I originally chose (e-transfer) could cause delays due to my location. They suggested I switch to bitcoin, and I did and very quickly received my winnings within a few hours of switching. I appreciate that they took the time to consider which method would be the most efficiant and quick for me.

DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE. I won $100 fairly, and Slot Bunny manually stole it from my account using a predatory "Mixed Funds" loophole.

Here is how their scam works: I had a weekly cashback bonus which I successfully wagered (100% completed). Since the wagering was finished, the money became REAL CASH. I then made a new deposit of $11.40. I played, I won, and I requested a $100 withdrawal.

Instead of paying, they REJECTED my withdrawal and manually subtracted $119.00 from my balance, leaving me with only $11. They cited Rule 6.1, claiming I "mixed funds" because my balance was supposedly not below $1.00 when I deposited.

Think about that: If you have even a few cents of wagered cash left in your account and you dare to make a new deposit, they will use it as an excuse to confiscate every single penny you win.

Their system is designed to trap you. If they actually cared about "mixing funds," their system would block deposits when a balance is active. Instead, they let you deposit, let you play, and only "enforce" the rule when you try to take your money out.

I have full screenshot proof of the manual deduction of $119.00. This is not a casino; it’s a trap for players. Save your money and go somewhere that actually honors a fair win.

First off most of the games aren't available in my region and couldn't know that until after depositing. Secondly, I tried to withdraw $50 in Solana and received an email that said, "there are problems with Solana, please use LTC or BTC".. there's no problem with Solana but whatever.. I changed to LTC. Has been a couple days and still no money.

Funny how withdrawals are “easy” when it’s a low amount, but the second you actually win something worth cashing out, suddenly they drag their feet for no reason at all. No real explanation, no urgency, no consistency — just silence and delay.

It feels very deliberate, like they’re counting on the fact that gamblers get restless and might cancel the withdrawal to play it back. That’s not just bad customer service — that’s predatory behavior.

They clearly know how to approve withdrawals quickly when they want to. They also know how to respond to emails fast when it suits them. So the slow-walking on bigger payouts feels calculated, arrogant, and manipulative.

If you win, don’t expect them to treat you with honesty or urgency.

The worst experience had hard time submitting verification documents and when I tried to withdraw I was told I could not because of multiple accounts in which I have only one account I was over 2000 dollars and they took that down to 205 and when I tried to withdraw they took my entire balance

They've decided to quite literally block all forms of Customer Support from me after donating thousands of dollars to the company/website. This will be my second review. Their score has gone down a bit for me for a few reasons. They are exactly set up the same way that Ritz Slots is set up and Ritz is beginning to feel a little like their chat agents are very similar to the ones here. (They didn’t start out like that). Starting out with the most important thing in my opinion when it comes to online slots - Customer Service!
Customer service sucks. I’ll just straight up say it, if you don’t have at least 15 minutes to spare, don’t contact them because it’s a long wait no matter what. They sometimes come across as annoyed, or like busy with something else, sometimes I think it’s an AI and I still can’t tell if it is or not also, very unprofessional using cartoon characters as their avatar. I can see them using bunnies as their avatars (because of their name) but it Disney characters?!? Come on. They have very scripted responses and it’s obvious. You HAVE to contact them for everything! Where you are at in rollovers, follow ups on withdrawals, weekly cashback, monthly cashback, clean deposit cashback - which those by the way are so limited on what games you can use it on.

Next the withdrawal process. This is where I can agree with some folks on here, the more you withdraw, the longer it takes. First time I had a withdraw was from cashback (mentioned in my first review with them). The second withdraw was a lot more and took around 24hrs, then this last one took about three days. It’s the uncertainty along with inconsistency of not knowing what is going on with your money that can make someone feel anxious. The agents get really annoyed when you are really persistent which makes waiting for your money even worse.

The game choices for the slots have so many to choose from but the only good ones are BGaming, Nucleus, Tada Gaming, and Belatra. Even those when you win a bonus game or win a large amount, you’ll get kicked out of the game. It kind of seems like the site can’t handle that many effects going on in one game. That is annoying because you get put right at the main page again and have to navigate to go back to that game again. Some games will pick up where they left off, others will just add the money you would have won had you played the bonus game. Takes the fun out of it in my opinion.

So yeeeeah, besides the games I like, it’s not worth the poor customer service hence the low amount of stars this time. Now I can’t say all those folks leaving reviews are telling the truth, I’m sure they are but possibly leaving out some context because if they are making legitimate excuses for not paying you out, then what they are doing is wrong but then again, they would have been shut down by now if that is the case. As I mentioned before, maybe don’t make multiple accounts or try and find loopholes because when you do actually win, that’s on you.

After submitting a withdrawal request, I was having to follow up for three days getting told that it was being reviewed. On the third day after many chats and emails I was told it was being confirmed thru the game providers and then I received an email stating that I have multiple accounts which I DO NOT and THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE ME WITH THIS OTHER ACCOUNT since there is no other account. I am very disappointed and warn others about this.
