Made me feel like I mattered, answered all my questions and responded in kindness. Their customer service is second to none and I really appreciate it when someone goes beyond just an email. I felt heard and they wanted to make everything right. I haven't used the product enough to notice a difference, but like I said their customer service was extemporary and just for this alone, I would recommend them.

I purchased SlimVit Bliss Roots CBD Gummies. They gave a 30 day trial period. I received mine 3 plus weeks into the trial period. I started taking them and within short order, found I was allergic to them, i.e., breaking out in itchy hives. I tried to contact the company immediately and they were nowhere to be found. My Discover card couldn't give me a way to contact them. Within that same week, I received an autoship from them and there was a phone number on my Discover bill this time. When I contacted them, I was told it was too late to return the original items for a return of payment. I tried to talk to a supervisor, but was never given one. I am now stuck with $400 worth of Bliss Roots CBD gummies and no way to recover. This company is a SHAM as they have no way of honoring their guarantee program NOR do they seem to care. STAY AWAY unless you want to get burned like I did. (To be fair, they did let me return the autoship portion for credit.)

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Slim Vi supplements do not work. If anything, I gained weight on them. Tried to email company 5 times to get return authorization and no response. I did get a response from them when they thought I was just interested in their products. Non-existent customer service after they have your money! Buyer Beware!!!

Scam, Scam, Scam. Trying to get a refund. They don't offer a return shipping label. They never answered my email asking for a return shipping address, and now are saying they can't refund me unless I send to their warehouse (but they don't provide the address)! I shipped my unused, unopened product to the address on their original shipping label to me with delivery confirmation so I know they received it! They take days to answer their customer service emails. Not a trustworthy company or product.

If I could rate 0 I would. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with! They don’t answer emails. I have been waiting a Month for a refund. Nothing. Didn’t even open the product. I sent it back in the same packaging. After reading the terrible reviews I regretting buying it.

Extremely unhappy. I placed an order the whole lot. It was delivered in a timely manner but after a few times of using it, one of the devices stopped working. They asked for video proof, which I sent…..TWICE, and every time I was then ghosted. I asked for refund, ghosted, asked for replacement, ghosted. I’ve sent several emails all with no response. This has taken a sting to my bank account. The customer service is disgraceful and they should be ashamed. I feel robbed. Don’t buy from them. Happy days to those that have been ok, but god help anyone that has a problem with theirs. You won’t get a solution let alone a response.

To the unhappy people. I know what you mean. Their customer service only works one way. Their inability to communicate would betray their origins and that's bad for business. They sell products that actually work quite well. If you get ANY type of oil on the gel-pack strips, they lose their ability to hold on to your skin. If you put on lotion at all, it's not going to like it. I also use a product called iklear that is used on high-end TV, monitors, U4K discs, picture glass, car interior glass. It reduces the friction to super-smooth levels. It is non-toxic, safe for plants, animals and NOTHING CLEANS!! hard plastic, granite, clear plastic better, without any streaks. After I clean something, fingerprints do not get picked up as easily. I don't selI it, but it works. Your finger-tips get oil on them and transfers to the clear plastic strips which the product is store on in between uses. The gel WILL picks up ANY kind of moisture. I have bought multiple ab destroyer and arm whatevers. I bought multiple packs as well as 20 extra gel packs, to replace soiled ones. I use their product after I shower and my skin is air- dried for 10 minutes in the sun. What you need to keep in mind is that you must not use it more than 3 to 4 times per week. Pay attention to how your abs harden up almost immediately. Do not lower the ab destroyer below your abs. What makes this thing work, is that it continues to work even after you have stopped. If you were to do more than ONE 20 minute work out, it will really work on your abs so much, that you Will begin to work muscles in your intestines that push stuff out, like it or not. I don't want to be crude, but take your time over MONTHS. If you do it to much, your arms will begin to look hideous. I have a few friends that went way overboard and the can't stretch their arms out and their forearms look like Popeye on steroids. It works. Take your time. I did it lower and I think it was pulling on my bladder in a bad way. I use only the abs, just to tighten it up. I eat less when I do. Let's be clear. I don't like to exercise. This tightens my core up, so I can walk better and ride my scooter with a backpack of 2 and 1/2 gallons of water. I am 65 years old.
I forgot to add something rather important and that is that I have spent about $400 total on numerous replacements.
But wait, I just found something very interesting. A product called Tactical-X Abs that looks very similar but it seems more substantial. Lots of happy people. I ordered one, because it works. There are people that are using it upper and lower twice a day. They are destined to hurt themselves. Once every four days then slowly work up to every other day, but never exceed using it only once a every two days. Your muscles will continue to work. Your muscles need downtimes as well. What helped me to lose weight was to tell myself, my stomach was growling because it was digesting, not because it was hungry. I went from 241 to 160 back to 190 because of winter and Hagan Daz came out with so many new flavors.
To clarify, I was not completely forthcoming. I actually have three more that I had already bought. I can confirm what everyone is saying. The &*******! thing worked twice before it would not hold on. I am going to get as much use as I can before I try the other product.

I ordered this on a whim and realized it wasn’t what I wanted .sent an email to the company 5 minutes after placing . They didn’t get back to me for two days and told me it couldn’t be cancelled because it was shipped already. So now I have to pay to return the item, because they couldn’t respond to me in a timely matter. Your customer service is lacking!

Slimvi is a scam company that sends to you the cheapest Aliexpress items. Once you want to return them they inform you that you can send it from Europe to... TEXAS (!) on my own cost. I have paid 280 eur for crap worth not more that 50 on Aliexpress. The smell is terrible, I have serious doubts of safety of all of the items (no CE, nothing) and will report them to the EU safety commission.

There's a lot of controversy over these but it's HOW you use it. Use UP TO 4 times a week UP TO 30 mins, your muscles contract with the vibrations and you WILL notice a difference in about 2 weeks. Also, dont forget to work out! Your butt will not significantly change without actually working out, but this helps to do a little toning and wake up your glutes. Honestly, just buy it and try it out.

I had purchased and the product I had got didn't work. And I contacted them and they said to send them a video and so I did and after that no response back. I so decide to contact them again and their lame asses had the audacity to say it's been more then 30days. They ignored me for that long. But it iight they got that. I know that I won't ever buy from them ever again if ya ever think you guys are going far by doing things like that all I have to say is good luck

I recently purchased a slimvi product and it didn't work.
Ive been asked to take a video of this product not working!! and send it to them. Unfortunately, the contact address won't take downloads. I wouldn't buy from this company ever. They appear very distant when asking for a replacement or a refund of money! and still no contact from them.
Fortunately, Ive only lost £33.00 - don't let it happen to you.

WARNING…This company is a SCAM! I hate even giving them a 1 rating but had to in order to submit the review to warn other people about them. I ordered EMS products and then waited almost 2 weeks with no shipping info sent. I then read reviews & BBB comments & decided it best to cancel my order & get a refund, which the website stated was possible since it hadn’t been shipped yet. So I emailed my cancellation & refund request to the email provided. My emails went ignored until I started a chargeback claim with my bank. SlimVi emailed me & said they never received my emails. Yet their email came from the very same email add. They said they would issue a refund if I rescind my chargeback claim. Yea right! Not happening. I will wait until my bank follows through and do not trust this company at all.

I have had broken down abs since my son was born more than 60 years ago. Through the years I have tried many things to correct this to no avail. I was pleasantly surprised when this device began to pull my abs into place. Then the pads seemed to have lost some of their effectiveness, so I emailed the company, asking what I should do to make them work again. Their response was above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. Don't be afraid to spend your money here. These people care!

Got my shipment pretty quickly, was actually surprised how quickly. The gel pads don't stick like I would think they would or would like them to. The glutes and abs one I can hold in place with tight workout clothes but the arm ones I have wrap tape from end to end to hold them in place. Some of the settings are weird and painful so I basically keep it on the most comfortable one. I hope you aren't supposed to keep switching them in order to see results. I recommend being in shape or somewhat in shape in order for these to work. If you are overweight or obese you probably will become discouraged not seeing results soon enough. They are made to contract your muscles at varying intervals. Too soon for me to say I love them or hate them. I will give it some time to see if I can tell a difference and hopefully remember to check back in with you all.
Today is December 20, 2022. So its been 17 days since I started using the Slim VI. One of the arm bands completely stopped working (yes, I changed the batteries) Even on the highest/strongest setting I can barely feel the ab one, the gel on all of the suck. This product was a big waste of money. I recommend doing research and getting one with a warranty or one that will work longer than 17 days. Truthfully it didn't take 17 days, they stopped working several days ago, I just haven't gotten around to doing the review until now. Happy hunting!
