Doorstuff Ltd Omdömen

I have purchased other aluminium items of extended lengths and damage has occurred in transit but this was because the items had not been packed well enough to be handled as well by the courier. This was packaged superbly well. Additionally, a real plus was the company's attention to detail. The brackets supplied were universal and the screws fitted looked too short for the intended purpose and I knew I would need to replacement them. Imagine my delight to find 5 replacement longer machine screws in the bag. A level of detail and product understanding that makes Doorstuff.co.uk a cut above. Thank you

Fantastic service and expertise and help with gear needed for a mix of pocket and telescopic dividing doors, customer care par excellence. Speedy delivery too!

They had a part I couldn’t find. Shipping was reasonable

Exactly what we wanted - simple assembly and delivered promptly. The ability to add the pelmet was what set it apart from the competitors.

I contacted the company to see if they could source a part for me, for door gear I brought 10 years ago, I have to say that my experience using the on line form, and speaking to the staff was second to none, the web site was easy to use, and when I spoke to the staff there, they were very pleasant and Professional, I would recommend this company to my friends and family

Thought it would be hard to find parts for sliding wardrobe doors installed in the 1970’s. Found the parts needed on your site without any difficulty. Parts arrived quickly and fitted perfectly.

You were polite and helpful on the phone. The rollers arrived safely and promptly. Thank you very much. Brilliant customer service.
Only one other company in u.k has the part we needed. Their postal costs were ridiculous for something that could sit on your hand.
