Sally Marketing Strategic Marketing Review
Sally headed up my marketing team for almost 7 years delivering full-service marketing for an award winning AIM listed company. During this period, the company became increasingly recognised as a market leader in the facilities management of industrial, major shopping centres, multi-location retail stores, corporate and government property. Annualised turnover rose from £40m to £250m in alignment with strategic plans.
She delivered new brand identity, positioning MIL as a modern distinctive business within the facilities management market underpinned by a high performance culture. This included merging acquired business brands into the group fold.
The new brand identity, suite of marketing collateral, promotional material, work-wear and livery were launched at a Conference for all Senior Directors across the business. The re-brand was hailed as a success by the Senior team, and the whole event ran seamlessly without a hitch. She successfully delivered a series of innovative sector-focused marketing campaigns including websites, email marketing, internal and external communications, PR and media relations and corporate hospitality events.
Sally is incredibly hard-working and shows incredible attention to detail, confidently turning her hand to any marketing challenge she is presented with. Sally development commenced her career by supporting our Business Development team in the production of innovative, winning proposals and tenders utilizing more traditional marketing applications. She has continued her progression into the more recent exciting and innovative world of digital marketing. Sally has a pleasant and friendly demeanor and would undoubtedly add considerable value to your business.
