Shortcuts clearly taken with products
I purchased the Masaya backpack and despite some glue damage it seemed nice and well engineered. The first day I used it however, biking in Vienna and hanging my plastic bike helmet on the leather buckle connector, it was ripped off from its weak glue grip. I sent a mail but it was never replied to so I called them, they confirmed they had taken a shortcut and offered to fix it but when I sent a mail to the provided email they once again didn't answer.
In all earnest, the backpack wasn't expensive and thus some imperfections were to be expected. Although, marketing themselves as a stylish, handcrafted and quality product and not providing, while at the same time struggling with communication, I must warn other consumers. Beside the glue damages and the shortcut taken with the leather buckle connector the product does however live up to its description.
