Buyer beware

Buyer beware! Suetra use fine print that is nearly impossible to find to rob anyone who is unsatisfied with their product of 65% of the cost.
I paid over $48 dollars for one of their pillows and upon seeing it it was clear that it was not for me and would actually cause me more neck pain and suffering,
When I requested to return it and for Suetra to honor their "Satisfaction Guarantee"
They tack on multiple fees and shipping so I would only be refunded less than $18
This type of despicable behavior is never a way to grow a business and increase customer loyalty and confidence.
I will try and find someone who this pillow will benefit and in the meantime I will leave warnings wherever possible to hopefully prevent someone from falling into their trap.

Id give a ZERO if possible.
Recieved 2 pillows, 2 pillow cases 31 days ago. Only opened 1 of each. The pillow was/is worthless. Started our return 11 days ago, stated they have 30 day guarantee satisfaction return policy. Manipulating as heck, that's only true if you don't open it. How can you know if the crappy product actually works - if you don't open it? Such swindlers!!
Since I ordered 2 (but only opened 1) they refuse to return 1 because the ORDER was 2. Further they didn't respond 11 days ago, so I resubmitted 5 days ago. Today is day 31, so NOW outside of 30 days. This company should be black balled. They are the worst. Their product stinks and their phone numbers (if you can find one) goes to operator stating that number(s) are not In-Service. The email: help-suterasupport will get you a Non-delivery return email. The BBB should investigate sutera. Consumer Reports should/will be doing a review. I spent $159 for an "American Made" product that is total crap. Only exasperated by thier horrendous and Nazi customer service.

Buyer beware

We purchased 2 pillows and 2 pillow cases. The pillows are great, but 3 months after receiving them, the zippers on the pillow cases failed. They will just pop open right in the middle of the zipped part.

Of couse, when I contact Sutera, they advise that "They're so confident in the life-changing comfort of our pillow that we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee". Yeah, right. We've such a mediocre product that we're lucky we get any warranty at all! If you're THAT confident that it's "life-changing", provide a warranty that backs your claim.

I know, I know, I should have researched a little more.

Does not honor satisfaction guarantee

The pillow did not help my neck pain and, if anything made it worse. That’s fine, it wasn’t for me.

The one star is because of their sketchy business tactics. When I reached out regarding their 30 day satisfaction guarantee I was told they do not accept return of open items because of Covid and they could offer me a 25% refund “for the inconvenience.” The guarantee is still visible on their site and the pandemic started over two years ago. If this is their new policy, the website should reflect that.

The very nice customer rep and I went back and forth with her increasing the return percentage as we continued to talk. Finally I told her if she’d give me 75% we could end the conversation. Sutera must advise their reps to secure the lowest possible return amount because the rep was clearly authorized to negotiate.

If they try to scam you, push for a higher refund because they will give it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SLEAZY COMPANY WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

The Dream Deep pillow is extremely uncomfortable and restrictive. They have used the most basic materials to save cost yet charge a premium to the customers. They lure you in to buy with free shipping and an over-promising customer satisfaction 30-day guarantee. What is even more inauthentic is that they hide negative reviews on their website, which is a complete misrepresentation and misleading. When I proceeded to return my pillow after just using it one night because it gave me horrible neck pain, they said that there would be a 15% re-stocking fee of the original value, and shipping had to be paid by me. You will get a refund minus 15% and expensive shipping. The weight of these pillows is heavy, so even USPS will cost around $40.
Visit other sites to get the real view of this brand and pay attention to the critical reviews. I wasn't too shocked that others had the same experience as me. I will not stop until I have put my review in as many public forums as possible to prevent others from misreading the Instagram ads. Beware of only automated customer service email messages - their customer service is useless. They send pre-typed responses without recognizing the customer issues and offer no compensation for your inconveniences. Their emails keep pushing you to keep the product to receive a 50% refund so that they don't have to receive their horrible items back. They are a startup with no professionalism - their return terms are a .jpg image pasted on their site instead of actual text. And the terms are so loose, yet they will still charge you different fees to return even though the pathetic screenshot on their site has verbiage that states you "may" be charged a restocking fee, for example. Just be careful and cautious before purchasing from them.

The best pillow ever!!

I recently had major back surgery and sleeping was very difficult because I was always uncomfortable! My husband bought me one of your pillows and I am shocked!! I slept straight thru the night for the first time in ages let alone since my surgery.
This pillow is amazing!! I just love it and recommend it which is something I don't usually do! I absolutely love it and want to buy my husband one as soon as possible!
