Sleep Karma makes premium bamboo mouth tape and nose tape designed to keep you breathing through your nose while you sleep — so you snore less, stop waking up with dry mouth, and actually feel rested in the morning. We built Sleep Karma because most mouth tapes on the market use generic adhesives originally designed for packaging, not for skin. Ours was engineered the other way around. Every strip pairs ultra-premium bamboo viscose — naturally soft, breathable and hypoallergenic — with a medical-grade acrylate copolymer adhesive made by Henkel in Germany. It's PFAS-free, latex-free, and certified to ISO 10993-1:2018, the international standard for biocompatibility. It holds for eight hours, works over light to moderate facial hair, and peels away in the morning with no residue, no marks and no irritation. Our range includes Full Coverage and Slim Profile mouth tape, Premium Bamboo Nose Tape for extra airflow, Quiet Night Ear Plugs, a solid bamboo bedside holder and a travel case — everything you need to make better sleep a nightly habit rather than a one-off experiment. More than 10,000 customers have made the switch, and our mouth tape averages 4.8 stars across 1,400+ verified reviews. Every order is backed by a 90-day money-back guarantee, ships within 24 hours, and qualifies for free shipping over $50. Subscriptions can be paused, skipped or cancelled at any time, with no commitment. Questions about an order, a subscription, or whether mouth taping is right for you? Email hello@sleepkarma.co — we read and answer every message. Breathe better. Sleep better. Live better.

This is the only mouth tape that works for us. It stays in place, easy to remove, and leaves no residue. Worth every penny!

Thank you so much, Kathryn — "stays in place, easy to remove, no residue" is exactly what we set out to make. Really glad it's working for you both.

Thank you, M — that means a lot to the whole team. And you're right about the shipping; we're actively working on our carriers. If a delivery ever goes sideways, email me at hello@sleepkarma.co and I'll sort it personally.
I simply sleep better
I simply sleep better! I’m assuming it’s because my mouth is shut and I’m not “jerking” myself awake. Thank you!

Hi Sharon,
Thank you — "I simply sleep better" is about the best summary of what we're aiming for! Keeping the mouth gently closed so you're not startled awake is exactly the idea, and we're really glad it's doing its job.

Mary was so helpful
Mary was so helpful! My package got lost and she reached out to me about it before I did, which was amazing. She was on the situation right away and made sure everything worked out. Can’t wait to order from them again. Best customer service by far!

Sabrina, this made our whole team's day. Third brand and the one you're staying with is about the best thing we could hear — and we're especially glad the full coverage is holding up for you. Thank you for taking the time to write this.
It was a pleasant surprise!
The company is excellent with communication. The product however, is incredible!! I tried the forehead tape and was actually shocked at my results in the morning. The fine lines did settle a bit throughout the day again, but I can tell that with frequent use it will minimize them more and more by the day.

Thank you, Samantha! "Pleasant surprise" is a lovely thing to read. So glad the forehead tape worked out for you, and that the communication side held up too — we try hard on that. Thanks for taking the time to write this. 😊
We tried another product that wasn't…
We tried another product that wasn't working well and saw Sleep Karma. We can't believe what a difference using this product has been for my husband and I. My husband has been faithfully using this product for the past 6 months with great success. The patches have strong adhesive and stay on just where he puts them ensuring a good seal. I, as the one who has had to deal with being woken up by his snoring for such a long time am now enjoying uninterrupted sleep every night without fail! Thank you Sleep Karma for your great product. Thanks also for the periodic free gifts! The customer service is spectacular. Mary recently refunded one order that was sent too soon for us and processed it expeditiously. What can I say but this is a great product and a great company!

I’ve been on such a sleeping journey…
I’ve been on such a sleeping journey and finding this company felt like I finally found a solution!
Their mouth tape is lighter, more flexible and has a better adhesive than other brands I’ve tried. Feels like I can’t go a night without it now.

Marianne, thank you — this made our day! So glad the tape has helped your sleep and finally quieted the snoring. Here's to many more restful nights!
Sleep Karma is a winner!
I’ve tried several different sleep tapes, and I’m so happy I finally came across Sleep Karma! My daughter and I both use them, and we were really curious to try both the full coverage and slim coverage options, so we ordered a variety to see which we preferred.
Honestly, they’ve both worked wonderfully! I’m still a little torn between the two, but I think the slim may be my personal favorite because I like having just a little extra breathing room. Either way, I’ve been so impressed with the product and the overall experience.
What truly made Sleep Karma stand out from everything else I’ve tried, was the incredible customer service. Their responses to my questions were practically immediate, and Mary went above and beyond to answer my questions and accommodate my needs. That kind of care and attention is so appreciated and really says a lot about a company.
Wonderful products, exceptional customer service, and an all around great experience. We are very happy we found Sleep Karma! Highly recommend!

Killer product - well thought out design.
Killer product. Adhesive works better than others I've tried on Amazon, and it's nice to have the thin version for my wife.

Raising the bar for other mouth tapes
Before sleep karma none of the mouth tape brands did 3rd party testing of their materials or disclosed what was in their adhesive. It’s really impressive how sleep karma has moved the standards up across the category. They rock!
