After the significant delivery issues I experienced with this company, including paying for expedited delivery and then waiting while the seller blamed Royal Mail, my order eventually arrived.

What I received was even more concerning. Important information printed on multiple blister packs had been deliberately blacked out with permanent marker. This has prevented me from verifying crucial information that could include batch, manufacturing and expiry details. I have no way of knowing whether the products are even within their expiry date.

I have therefore refused to use the products and have formally demanded a full refund. The seller has been given a clear deadline to return my money.

I have retained photographs, payment records, tracking information, the products as received and my correspondence with the seller. If my refund is not received within the deadline given, I will proceed with the appropriate reports and further action.

Between the delivery problems and receiving products with crucial information deliberately obscured, my experience has been extremely concerning.

Please be very careful and do your own checks before making any payments to this seller
