THE WORST! These people don't care about customer satisfaction. They for sure don't care about your time. At least the cable company gives you a window-these people just said 'some time Saturday' and never followed up. After I called, the rep at the South Pickett Street in Alexandria, VA said that it wouldn't happen since they were backed up. WHY WOULDN"T YOU TELL US THAT EARLIER?! OUR ENTIRE SATURDAY WAS WASTED. When I called to follow up he had the nerve to ask ME why I wasn't understanding that the company that took my money in exchange for a good would not be able to deliver that good. Here's the deal; I give you money, you give me a mattress. You for sure don't act annoyed that I'm calling to follow up and don't offer a respectful apology and get annoyed that your explanation isn't sufficient. I told him to cancel the purchase. He said fine. Three days later, not reimbursed.After I called the DM, Karl Papafio, and left numerous messages, Ali called and offered $50 rebate. That's not acceptable. I never received a call from Karl. The following Friday I called customer service. The woman I spoke with was exasperated that I was not satisfied and acted like it was my fault that they are terrible at business. This company is absurd. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, ESPECIALLY AT THE SOUTH PICKETT STREET IN ALEXANDRIA VA LOCATION.

waited all day for a botched delivery-- left the mattress-- said the box base was split in two though I never saw it and they said this half way up the stairs as if it was all figured out before delivery--- said that the slatted box base was coming in broken all the time for some reason--

Defected Mattress - I won't buy anything from them again
Mattress Warehouse declined to fix/exchange my 3-year old defected mattress due the fact that I didn't purchased my protector from them and got stain on it.. This is not fair to customers... I wouldn't purchase anything from them again. I lost over $1000. Please save yourself time and money and take your business to more honest company.
Near perfect
Steve at the store was very knowledgable and helpful. Took advantage of 0% financing which was quick and easy. The delivery person called in morning to let me know what time frame they would be there. I asked them to call 30 minutes prior to arrival so I wouldn't have to miss 3 hours of work. They did. Only problem was after they took my current box spring and mattress, brought in new that I noticed there was a rip in the seam of the mattress. They were not able to leave it and replace later so that meant they had to take out the new boxspring and mattress and bring my old ones back in. Disappointing but I understood. They rescheduled delivery next day. All went well this time. I called to see about having delivery fee removed for the inconvenience and he said he would need to check with manager and call me back. Never got call back. I guess I need to call them again. Do love my new mattress though.

Great bed over priced
This bed is awesome!!! That high initial price bothered me I got the bed and the head board for around 1200 bucks. I felt like I got a great deal compared to the list price but After purchasing it I found the same bed for the same price or slightly cheaper but the delivery was on point and they guys that set the bed up was super fast. In and out in ten minutes. All in all I would buy I agin but will be a little harder on the bargain side of things
Mattress "PROVICENCE" by Sleep Health @ Mattress Warehouse.
The worst Mattress ever. Don't buy it. I paid $ 469,00 for a queen size Mattress, it has no way to turn over since it has only the top. The first week I started regretting my choice, when I lay or sit down I can feel lumps and the coils on the sides, no sheets queen size fits, the mattress is way to thin. Now comparing with other Brands and prices the Mattress "Providence" is as piece of junk. If someone want to gift me one, I would say: Thanks but NO Thank you very much. I had a bad feeling when a got the call confirming the delivery and I could not understand a word from the person who was calling, when this big truck rented by Enterprise arrived to my house to make the deliver I was sure that I would never, ever had any business done with "MATTRESS WAREHOUSE".

Exchange of box springs
Received mattress and box springs on date requested (6/25); I went to
the store on 6/27 to request exchange for smaller box springs. It took at least five calls/visit to the store to arrange delivery, and each day that was scheduled, no one called or showed up. Finally , on 7/26, the box springs arrived. It was a frustrating experience and a waste of my time, waiting
all day for each day that delivery was promised .

Terrible
I have been waiting now 2 months for my refund for a mattress I never even picked up! I've e-mailed the sleephappens.com rep that posts to contact them when they respond to all the negative posts about the company. Still $500 on my credit card because these terrible people won't give me my money back! It takes 2 seconds for them to take my money but once I want my money back it takes over 2 months. The most pathetic company I have ever dealt with in my life. I purchased the mattress on 5/29/2016 & contacted them on 6/1/2016 saying I wanted my money back because I found a better deal at Sleepy's (WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE) and they said they would process the claim and it would take 2-3 weeks to get my money back.... That's fine but now it's been 2 months! WORST COMPANY EVER! So, if someone from Mattress Warehouse would like to contact me and give me my money back ASAP that'd be great!

Had 2 deliveries from them, different delivery men each time. All 4 men were professional and friendly. Especially the first 2 because I was sent the wrong size mattress!

Your sales people were good, customer service oriented.
I bought the mattress on a Friday, you company's credit card reader did not work properly. The local credit card reader stated that the charge did not go through, checked with my bank that day, it went through twice. Took over a week to straighten it out.
When the bed was delivered, a few weeks later, we found two bed bugs. Could have come from the truck if there were old mattresses on the same truck. Could have come off the delivery driver's/worker's clothing.

Worst Buying Experience EVER
Well, I just had the worst experience buying any product in my life! Back in February, I started a warranty process for my mattress that sunk over an inch and a half. We waited on a mattress inspector and then waited for the warranty to come through. When it did, we were given a month to use it on a new purchase. We went and picked out our mattress and paid The difference for the mattress that we selected. Our credit card was charged when I purchase was made on May 2. Almost A month went by, and we didn't hear anything. When we called the store, they said that they would only know when the mattress was coming after they receive a call from the warehouse. We patiently waited another week and a half and heard nothing so I called again. This time I was told the same thing but requested the number of the warehouse. When I called the warehouse, they said the paperwork was never processed. I was given the district managers number and left him a message but called the store back. The store was told by the district manager that the paperwork was processed. I was told that hopefully in a week or two we would receive our mattress. After not hearing from them again, I went into the store and demanded that they make a phone call about my mattress. Finally, I was told that the mattress would be delivered. Finally, I thought. On the morning of the delivery, I stripped the bed and noticed there was a stain that wasn't there when the warranty was processed. When the delivery men came, they went into the room to get my mattress but when they got there, one guy turned to me and said they sent the wrong mattress and only had a twin mattress and not a king, which is what I ordered. I couldn't believe it! But wait, it gets better. It must've been while I was looking at the paper that the other man took pictures of my mattress without asking or discussing the stain with me. The man (who spoke limited English - or at least acted that way- both of them) said that he needed to call the dispatcher about the wrong mattress. One walked out of the room ahead of the other guy and eventually outside my house. I received a phone call from the dispatcher. She said that the delivery guys sent her pictures (ones I never even knew they took) of a stain on the mattress and would not be delivering my mattress. By the time I was off the phone, the men were leaving in their truck. Wow! Wow! Wow! Most unprofessional dealing I have ever had. I can't believe they didn't discuss the issue about a stain honestly with me. Instead, they SNUCK (never asked or mentioned the stain) pictures (boy were they good. Made me realize how crimes are committed right before your eyes.) I can't believe after waiting almost 2 months after purchasing that I am still without a mattress and was treated in such a dishonest way. The store manager said he would REQUEST that we get our money back. Save yourself and purchase somewhere else! I'm still in disbelief!

Worst Matteress one could buy!!
the customer service is worthless, I bought a mattress in Charlottesville 3 years ago and have been getting replacements at least every 6 months b/c of the huge dips in them even after rotating ever time I change the sheets, THEN when they bring the new mattress they want to charge you $100 every time!!!!!
so again I go thru hell every 6 months trying to get another POS replacement mattress and the service department is a joke!

Still trying to decide if we like the split King
The staff was helpful, the price seems average and we got ours on sale. However the split King is not as comfortable as the queen we tried in the showroom. When I asked the salesman if the size would change the comfort level he assured me it wouldn't but we've been trying to get used to it for the last 3 weeks and will end up having to return them and pay an extra $200 fee. I think the next mattress I buy I'll make sure they have a better option to trade out if it doesn't work for you.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.....
BOUGHT A MATTRESS FROM MATTRESS WAREHOUSE AND ABOUT A WEEK INTO THE PURCHASE WE STARTED TO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE MATTRESS.WHEN WE TRIED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THAT WE GOT WERE RECORDINGS,NEVER A LIVE PERSON.NO ONE EVER CALLED US BACK THIS WENT ON FOR ALMOST FIVE MONTHS.THEN WE CONTACTED THE B.B.B THEY SOMEHOW CONTACTED MATTRESS WAREHOUSE WHO AGAIN DID NOT CONTACT US BY PHONE,THEY SENT US A VERY SNOTTY LETTER TELLING US THEY WOULD DO AN EXCHANGE NO REFUND JUST AN EXCHANGE.MY ADVICE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH A COMPANY WHO DOES NOT CARE ABOUT IT'S CUSTOMER'S.

I purchased a mattress on 5/29/2016 from the York Galleria location. I went somewhere else & found a better deal for the same exact thing. I called in to get my money back & was told I would have my money back in a "few days." This is now 2 weeks later and I have yet to get my money back. I called the customer service line & they said they have yet to receive a request to get my money back. Don't worry Customer Service can't help you either! So, I tried to call the York Galleria location so they can process my request & no one will pick up the phone. This is the worst experience I have ever had. It was so much easier to go to a different mattress seller. I wish I would have never went there in the first place.

Time Consuming Warranty Process
I don't know that I would purchase from MW again. I had to do a warranty claim, which was fairly easy. I received my letter, went to the store with the letter and picked out a new mattress. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I'm still waiting for the call to schedule delivery. If the warranty claim was approved and I had the letter in hand, what is the hold up? I even upgraded and paid more money. I'm tired of sleeping on a sagging, no good mattress. I call the 1800 number and it goes to VM every time. It's impossible to talk to a person. I leave a message and nobody ever calls me back. I'm very disappointed.
